This place is literally fake, drove around the perimeter and myself nor any of the 4 passengers in my vehicle can locate it . I believe this is a ghost kitchen run out of ihop. The phone number is also no good. Stay away

Felt pretty hongry tonight and decided well what is better than cheese steaks? So I decided to order this. Worst mistake ever! McDonald’s would have tasted better than this half ass made sandwich. Dude subway does better! Last time they have my service. Gotta say brownies taste good tho maybe a nice brownie stand where they sell brownies for 50 cents a pop. Nice work guys!

Noticed they messed up my order once I got home. Called to see if they could correct it or get a refund and they did nothing. Won’t be getting food from them again.

Its an Ihop doing what Ihop does perfectly. The workers are kind and thoughtful and the food meets what I would expect from the brand.
There was an angry hobo cussing out my server that I took it upon myself to chase out but thats a Boulder issue not an ihop issue.
I was any sad to see another review that didn't have anything constructive today and I plan to head back as I regularly get insomnia.
