The noodles were incredible and the sauce was perfect. Balanced and flavorful. The sevice was attentive and friendly.
The food is slightly more expensive than I’d like to pay but that’s what you get with the crazy commercial rent prices.

Wonderful fast-casual. Authentic Italian flour for homemade pasta, with imported guancale. Ordering is easy, and it doesn't feel like a normal "fast" restaurant. Extra shout out to Stefano, who is engaging in his pasta conversation, and workers Bryce and Katie. Highly recommend.

amazing food! very impressed with the quality of food and the impeccable taste! i love the environment and the open kitchen layout.

i tried the pesto genovese today and it was amazing! i love the kind of pasta that was used, i don’t know how to explain it but it’s like two noodles combined to one, it’s not too firm or too mushy. it’s also decently priced compared to some of the chain italian restaurants too!

excellent service and i like the recyclable utensils and bowls! they also offer a bring your own bowl option which is amazing to offer!

i would definitely recommend and revisit next time i come to colorado

As out of town visitors, we picked this based on high Yelp reviews. The two men running the place were very helpful in showing us how to order and providing free drinking water. The food was good but wasn't great and the dine in experience was okay, but not like a fine restaurant. Kudos for using environmentally friendly bowls, cups, and forks...but could have also used a wooden fork.
