Loved it, perfect little snack, the miso soup had a spicy earthy taste. And the tofu was soooo silky. Not a perfect miso soup but every yummyyyyy!

I was told they closed Pig & Tiger and are opening a brick and mortar in Denver soon. This replacement was quite good, the mushrooms have a great flavor profile.
It was just a mediocre ramen in a food hall, man. I dont know why i expected more.
The guys were nice enough. It was definitely ramen. But it was just so… “meh.”
Wife and i simultaneously gave it a 5 out of 10.
Specifically the broth was decent. The pork was overcooked. Egg was perfect and noodles were kinda chewy. Wasnt hot enough.
No soup spoons, just normal ones. Served in a plastic bowl. No real drink options but who cares. Im just telling you how it is!
I dont know if improving the quality of the ramen would help their business. Prob not. It’s a food court! You want a quick ramen? This will get the job done.

Was sad to see Pig and Tiger gone at Avanti, but these are the same owners and staff. Food was great. You can add black garlic oil and chili crisp if you want spicier, but good without as well. Nice to have options!
