The food was not of good quality. Tomatoes had no flavor, bread wast fresh not the right bread for bruschetta, panini dry and no flavor meat, in general u can get better food at Panera

When I sat at the bar tonight Kinley was my bartender and she was GREAT. She was friendly, personable, and efficient. I was having a bad day and came in on a whim to relax. Not only did I relax, but I also had a couple great drinks and fun conversation. Thanks Kinley! I’ll be back soon!

I'm usually a fan of Postino, but the Boulder location experience was brutal. Horrible service, poor quality food, and questionable cleanliness.
Walking in, it took some serious effort to get the attention of the four hosts/hostess lounging around the stand chatting with each other, even though there were no other customers for them to deal with. They definitely had no interest in helping us.
Our server tossed menus at us and then disappeared without so much as taking a drink order for about 15 minutes. After we were finally able to order, I don't think she stopped by our table again in the hour we were there. We literally had to flag down some other server so we could pay and leave.
The tables were so close together that when a server brought food to the table next to ours, he basically dragged the end of his shirt through my glass of water.
The appetizer plates that were on the table when we sat down were still dirty, we ate our bruschetta off the board since we couldn't find our server to get clean plates.
The paninis that were supposed to be hot were barely room temp.
Right about the same time our food arrived, a couple was seated two tables down from us with their dog, which they had sit up on the booth seat next to them looking over the table. To clarify, this was definitively in the indoor seating section. I love dogs, and I'm not sure what the story was with the dog up in the booth, but it seemed pretty gross when I was trying to eat my lunch.

We went for happy hour and had a great time. The photo of the beer is a $6 mini pitcher which looks like it would be a little more than two pints. We also tried one of their pick your own boards and really enjoyed the options.

My sister was in town from the east coast for a week long visit and we ended our adventure with a day of e-biking in Boulder. After 23 miles of riding, we knew we wanted to sit outside and have a beer (and bite to eat)! I've been to Postino's before - always sitting inside and sipping wine. But this time we sat outside with some great people watching along Pearl St. Nathaniel, our server - was exceptional! My background is in customer service and he exceeded expectations! He was knowledgable, informative, attentive, personable and an all around joy to connect with! The setting was lovely, and when the sun poked over the building making it a bit uncomfortable - the staff quickly moved an umbrella to help provide shade. The food was AMAZING - we had the grilled cheese appetizer and chicken + beef skewers which 100% hit the spot. We didn't leave a single bite left! All in all - this was the perfect way to end the week with my sister and I can't wait to go back and enjoy all that Postino's has to offer!

Great little place with affordable good food! Couple things to know before going.. service is slow, no option to have a non cold glass of red wine (have to order a full bottle), and the bruschetta is made on regular bread that is slightly toasted (but was still very good!). Nice that it's on the end of the mall, so it made it easy to get to especially with free weekend garage parking.
