Ordered my food online and thought I had ordered delivery but, instead ordered pickup. I called the store and Patrick was very helpful and made sure our food was fresh for when I came in. We always get our sandwiches from Potbelly but they went above and beyond this time. Big thanks from my family.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager has no idea the proper steps to verify an Uber order so it doesn’t get stolen & got defensive & rude over an opportunity to learn. Will never go back again.

Terrible service!! The guy at the counter was mean to me, mean to the people in front of me. He mumbled everything he said, threw the sandwich on the counter and walked off. Rolled his eyes when I asked for a bag!

Regular lunch place but will not be returning. Walked in waited at the counter for a couple minutes and no one was there frustrated that I wasted my time driving over to the store just to have no one working. I understand if your busy but having no one working the counter was frustrating a clear lack of leadership.
