Completely drenched my sandwich in hummus. Fell apart in my hands when I took one bite, made a huge mess and was impossible to eat after I paid $14

Service was great, food was terrible. Would not recommend

Ordered my food online and thought I had ordered delivery but, instead ordered pickup. I called the store and Patrick was very helpful and made sure our food was fresh for when I came in. We always get our sandwiches from Potbelly but they went above and beyond this time. Big thanks from my family.

It’s pretty cool if you wanna pay $13-14 for a sandwich that’s virtually all bread and lettuce 🤌🤌🤌

Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager has no idea the proper steps to verify an Uber order so it doesn’t get stolen & got defensive & rude over an opportunity to learn. Will never go back again.

Great food. No parking in this place. Crazy busy.

I went to the Potbelly Sandwich shop on December 12, 2024 to grab some lunch. The location was 1685 29th Street in Boulder. It didn’t take me long to figure out that they are playing games with the prices to trick their customers. There was a big advertisement behind the front counter publicizing their $4.39 “Meal Deal”. This includes a bag of chips and a regular fountain drink. When we went through the line to order our sandwiches, we both noticed that on the menu boards (one above the drink cooler and another above the sandwich maker) it had the “Meal Deal” listed for $4.99. There was also a sticker/sign on the drink cooler with the drink prices. It listed a regular fountain drink for $2.69 and a large fountain drink for $2.99. We ordered our sandwiches, grabbed some chips and proceeded to the front counter. We asked the checkout person which price was right for the meal deal. She didn’t know and didn’t really want to understand why we asked, but she rang it up and it was indeed the higher price even though it was advertised as lower directly behind her. We decided against the meal deal, put our chips back and just got 2 drinks instead. My wife got a regular fountain drink and I got a large. After filling up our Diet Coke’s and finding a set, I noticed we had both been charged 50 cents more for our drinks. Even though the sign was posted, we were charged $3.19 and $3.49 respectively. I spoke with the manager and there was a language barrier. She called the owner on the phone and had me speak directly with her. I was told by her that she was unaware of the discrepancy in the meal deal price, but she would look into it. She then went on to tell me that the extra 50 cent charge for the drinks was the “Boulder Sugar Tax.” She informed me that all fountain drinks were taxed an extra 50 cents and it was just charged as a price increase instead of listed as a tax on the receipt. The tax shouldn’t have even applied to us getting Diet Coke’s, but the deception of advertising one price, then charging another was totally misleading. Adding the extra price on all fountain drinks is not compensating a retailer for a tax, it is greed. We will not be returning here because of the dishonesty. Off of the boulder sugar-sweetened-beverage-tax site... • “The SSB Tax is not a one-size-fits-all tax; however, it is charged at a rate of two-cents-per-ounce.” • “For example, diet soda is exempt as it does not have added sugar, the subject of this tax.”

$8 for a small Italian sandwich with literally 3 pieces of meat on it. Never again.

Terrible service!! The guy at the counter was mean to me, mean to the people in front of me. He mumbled everything he said, threw the sandwich on the counter and walked off. Rolled his eyes when I asked for a bag!

Seemed understaffed with slow, indifferent service. Roast beef sandwich was extremely poor quality meat - lots of fat and gristle. Ended up throwing it away.

I came to Potbelly for the first time and met a nice young Lady named Jeni. She made my experience wonderful and made my sandwich to perfection. Potbelly has gained a customer for life from this one interaction.

Potbelly not only has great sandwiches but good salads too. And I like that you can get a half sandwich when you’re not too hungry. There are so many free add ons too! A great place for tasty lunch or light dinner.
