I’ve been ordering catering from here for a few months and the staff is always friendly! Finally tried a sandwich and it was phenomenal. Highly recommend the Sweet Heat Pork BBQ or Chicken Club.

The place is always clean, and I’m greeted with a smile every time.

Don’t believe those negative reviews about $15 sandwiches, unless you’re getting the biggest sandwich they have.

Ordered my food online and thought I had ordered delivery but, instead ordered pickup. I called the store and Patrick was very helpful and made sure our food was fresh for when I came in. We always get our sandwiches from Potbelly but they went above and beyond this time. Big thanks from my family.

I came to Potbelly for the first time and met a nice young Lady named Jeni. She made my experience wonderful and made my sandwich to perfection. Potbelly has gained a customer for life from this one interaction.
