I came across this restaurant on a visit to Boulder and it was absolutely delicious! Reminded me of home, the pupusas are as authentic as it gets. Would visit again if I’m ever back in town. :) I got a pupusa revuelta.

They offer vegan queso which has similar properties to regular queso. They cooked it on a separate area. The hot sauce didn’t have much flavor and I think I screwed up with my ingredients so I’ll have to go back and try again

Yummy delicious food. We got the Mixto Platter and it was perfect for our big appetites. A little of everyrthing PLUS a dessert on their board. Cafe con leche is always ready here, get some!
Food was good paid $15 for four empanadas only got three. It was still delicious though

I am blown away at the high rating for this place. I ordered the special Al Pastor pupusa and it was...nothing like any al pastor I have ever had. It tasted like melted cheese and bread, nothing more. The slaw was ok. Maybe I should have tried things that weren't the special.
