the food was super salty, not sure if they used msg but I didn't feel very well after I had dinner here. the service was okay, the waiter was sweet but they could've done better with the customer service. it has a cozy atmosphere, pretty nice but not rare to find around boulder here.

Not bad at all. Had to show you ramen, fried chicken, and gyoza.

I love the chicken and rice bowl! It’s so good with the avacados. This is a good go-to of mine if I’m hungry and in a rush. I’ve always done take out.

This location doesn't exist any more. Do not order online. The new restaurant can't refund or help you if you do. I put in an online order and showed up to see a new business name and they said they aren't rakkan ramen anymore and couldn't cancel or refund my order that went nowhere.

Great food, but service could be better

The food here is delicious, and the ramen has great flavors. However, the service from the male server was a bit abrupt, and he didn’t seem very enthusiastic about serving customers. A friendlier attitude and a smile would definitely enhance the dining experience. Overall, the food is great, but the service could use some improvement.

We received our food not even a minute after placing the order so it was obvious it's wasn't freshly made. It didn't taste bad but definitely had somewhat a spoiled smell. I didn't finish even half of my meal and still got sick. Do not recommend.

aWhat a great find! My husband and I stopped in here for lunch and had our socks knocked off by how good the food was—service, too. He had the Amber ramen bowl, and I had the creamy truffle vegan ramen—the flavors were so complex and savory, the noodles were outstanding, and the portions hearty, since prices were not cheap for fast-casual. We also shared the hot Brussels sprouts salad, with two excellent dipping sauces. Everything tasted totally homemade. Service was very fast and attentive. Can't wait to go back!

I have had ramen in Portland, Hawaii, and California so I am a bit spoiled. I didn’t find the ramen here worth the price. It tasted like ramen I could make at home.
