We hosted a baby shower for a close friend at the Rayback Collective in January of 2026. The events team was easy to work with, supportive of our needs, and accessible to us in terms of pricing. On the day of the event, the staff and leadership at Rayback was incredibly thoughtful and anticipatory, even asking folks who were working on the building to take their lunch break during our shower so that we could have peace and quiet for the expectant mom and her friends. I cannot recommend Rayback highly enough for all of your event needs!

I hosted a 3-hour open bar to celebrate my wife's retirement and The Rayback was a perfect venue. I reserved two large tables at a reasonable cost. Guests had plenty of room to spread out and socialize in a comfortable space, the bar and coffee/tea bar offered a wide range of beverages and two food trucks had a nice range of delicious food for guests who wanted to eat. There are other reservation options/spaces for larger or more formal gatherings. Check it out!

We had a great time at the Rayback!! We went with a group of 55 people and they had phenomenal spaces for gathering large groups. The food and drink group tab options worked seamlessly. We chose to use drink tickets and food vouchers and everything was ready upon arrival and very easy for our team to use :) The staff was incredibly friendly!!

I really enjoy hanging out at Rayback. It’s a great place to get work done, do schoolwork, or meet up with friends.
However, I recently had a strange interaction with staff. I came in around 5 PM to get some work done and wanted to order a latte. I was under the impression that the espresso bar closes at 7 PM, so I tried to order one and was initially told it had already shut down for the day. The bartender double-checked and confirmed it was actually still open.
When I ordered a plain latte with sugar and asked if they could stir the sugar in while making it, the bartender seemed bothered and responded with, “This isn’t Starbucks.” I did ask a few questions about how they make their lattes, but I didn’t think that was unusual given that they have a full espresso bar. As someone with five years of barista experience, I know that stirring in sugar only takes a few seconds, so I’m not sure why the request came across as unreasonable.
I still enjoy Rayback and think the overall vibes are great, but this interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and out of character for an otherwise welcoming place.

The reviews and description suggested this place is dog friendly but there is a sign clearly showing dogs are NOT welcome
Edit: The owner has clarified that dogs are allowed on the outdoor patio only. Just be aware that you cannot bring your dog inside even to order or look around, so if you are alone with your dog you won’t be able to use the space. This is useful to know if you’re traveling with your dog and expected indoor access based on older information or reviews.

Our serving staff for our drinks was amazing. We booked the Rayback tent area on the North side. We truly appreciated being treated so well and enjoyed our personalized drinks. The space itself is fun and spacious, and allowed us to enjoy our family and friends for a short time after our wedding ceremony. The staff was equally amazing. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy. Communication throughout the planning process was smooth and reassuring, and on the day of, the team worked hard to make sure everyone had a drink

My husband and I hosted our rehearsal dinner/welcome reception for our wedding at the Rayback and had such a wonderful time, largely in part due to the thorough planning and communication from the operations manager (Brittany K) who helped us along the way ensure no details were missed.
Our guests had such a wonderful time with the indoor-outdoor nature of the venue and it was awesome to see both a dedicated space for us to set up inside the venue as well as see guests circled around the fire together outside.
We appreciate how affordable the space is to rent for a private event, and how many options for space rentals there are for any size of guest count you may have, and appreciated as well that you can bring in outside food for private events. The drink ticket system worked great for us and it was very easy to request more tickets when we hit the limit on our tab early into the night.
The one difficult thing about this location is parking, and if you have an event on a CU Boulder football game day, that issue is further exacerbated and guests will have to park further away.
In all, we loved hosting our event here and plan to be back soon! Thank you again!!
