The RANG TANG Bbq truck is amazing, There are a number of fresh yummy choices! Have to say I think I enjoyed (sharing) a gorgeous fresh salad with baby lettuce, feta, pecans, pickeled onion & probably a couple more additions the most. My plate had a little pulled pork and a couple slices of beef brisket- the sauces were awesome and the slaw was terrific. A lot of food, but they have to go containers so enjoyed the meal twice- in the best way!!Loved the warm sunny outdoor eating area arranged around a fire pit resembling a camp fire. Picnic style tables have umbrellas, so you have option of shade. And there is an enclosed tent in case the wind or temperature is a little less welcoming. Also enjoyed getting to love on some well behaved, leashed dogs! All in all a great place to go!Vegetarian options: Wonderful salad at the BBQ truck as well as an amazing mac & cheese and SO NOT your typical slaw. Wish I had taken pictures. Vegetarians will definitely be happy- yes, even at a BBQ truck! L.R.'s chef skills will make you think you are dining at a fine restaurant- not a food truck! SERIOUSLY!Parking: Just drive down & around that long building and there is plenty more parking at the back.

9 dollars for an ipa is wild. But the selection is as good as you find.

We held an open seating event at Rayback with 60-70 people in attendance. The customer service leading up to the event was impeccable and the event went off with out a hitch. Thank you Rayback for your incredible team!

Use to come all the time and it was amazing but got tired of the same food trucks. Over and over and over. There are so many in the area...why are they stuck on a few?? But did make me go to Avanti and Rosetta hall to get more variety and those are awesome!! Bummer bc this is close to home...but come on Rayback, step it up a bit, it can't be that hard to find others! Seems lazy to stick with the same ones...for literally years. Boring.

Stopped in to meet a friend while in Boulder. Sweet atmosphere, solid drinks, and staff felt genuine!

Enormous space that hosts a lot of different types of events. Draft list is good and there is typically one or two food trucks available. Really nice murals on the exterior of the building, makes for a cool vibe. In the summer, this place is always buzzing.

The happy hour drinks are great. Lots of space, good for groups or singles. Food truck options are always tasty.

This place is amazing!! We held our sons rehearsal dinner here the beginning of December. We could not have found a better place. Everyone enjoyed the venue very much. The 2 food trucks we had were very tasty. The indoor area we rented was perfect for our group of 50. We were able to have our own area to hang out in. They provided us with a great bar tender who took excellent care of our group all night. Bailey was wonderful to work with during our planning. They provided a table for us and this is where we placed our desserts we brought in for the night. If you want a fun and different kind of venue for a party, look into Rayback Collective, I promise you won't be disappointed. If you don't have a party to book, head on over and enjoy the food trucks, it is great no matter how you enjoy the venue. Rayback Collective will be on our radar each time we come to the Boulder area to visit and enjoy. Thank for the great hospitality!!!Vegetarian options: The food trucks offer vegetarian options, there are usually more than 2 trucks there so even if one is BBQ you have another option to find food to fulfill your needs.Dietary restrictions: The food trucks offer food for all dietary restrictions. We needed GF, and our guests had no issues being able to find something to eat.Parking: There is plenty of parking. If there is a need for more parking the streets around the venue work as well.Kid-friendliness: The kids at our party enjoyed the freedom our areas offered. The outside area in the warmer months also offer a great kid-friendly atmosphere.

I've been to The Rayback a few times on my own and always enjoyed it. I organized our company Holiday Party this year and hosted it at The Rayback. Service was great, drinks were great, and the food from Los Dos Bros and Grateful Planet was great too. No complaints, everyone had a wonderful time!

The Rayback Collective was the perfect venue for our recent holiday party. Bailey was super helpful in getting the details ironed out beforehand and our cocktail server (didn't get his name, but a Birtish chap), was friendly, efficient, and ensured that everyone's needs were promptly attended to. I was surprised by how busy it was for a Monday afternoon, but the liveliness contributed to the ambiance! We still had plenty of room to spead out and mingle. Everyone had such a great time - Thank you!
