My experience at Santos was mixed. The ambiance was lovely, and the mini queso frito was absolutely delicious. However, the rest of the food was good, but the flavors were overpowering, making it difficult to enjoy. Despite this, Santos is a nice Mexican place, especially during happy hour, with plenty of options to choose from

Never had New Mexican food, but our group loved the burger they had and I enjoyed my sweet potato enchiladas. The green chili was delicious and drinks were tasty

They were mindful of our merchandise and did an excellent job.

We visited on Friday evening (3/15). There was a birthday party there and the wait staff recorded it for the people having the party which I thought was a nice touch. Elvis even showed up for a little bit! The atmosphere was great, overall. The food was pretty good but it made my girlfriend and I sick all weekend. I'm not talking spicy Mexican food sick, I'm talking about a wicked case of food poisoning and needing an IV bag with electrolytes sickness. So I probably won't be back because I will be afraid of getting sick again.

Four of us stopped here for an early dinner on a pretty slow night. We’d eaten the breakfast burritos before, which are some of the best around, and wanted to finally try the dinner menu after hearing so much about it. We found the food to be fresh and of high quality, but some items were a little bland for our taste. We did really like the fries and the pozole. The salsas were hit or miss. The service was fairly brusque and impersonal. We will try again but order different menu items.

This place exceeded our expectations! We got here around 5 and luckily were able to snag a few things from the happy hour menu.Great house margarita. The salsa trio is tasty. Our server recommended the brassicas and montadas… wow such good recs and so glad we got those. We also got the media de lunas on the HH menu, they were tasty but just a little boring.

The service was good, everyone was friendly. It is overpriced of course, like everything in Boulder, but portions are big so beware! The sweet potato flautas were surprisingly good, as well as the mushroom tacos. The queso fundido with chorizo could’ve been sooo much better with real tortillas, not the store bought flour tortillas we got (?!).The barbacoa tacos were not it, very strong/gamey flavor, greasy but not soft. And I’m a big fan of barbacoa. The birria tacos looked more like picadillo and were dry, no birria sauce. I had mole enchiladas and they were ok, not the kind of mole I was craving, it was too acidic without a hint of sweetness.. and no sesame seeds on top!A friend had the divorced enchiladas and wasn’t a fan of the sauces either. We all ended up having stomach pains, but it could’ve been because we did eat a lot. And it could be that I didn’t love this place because as a Mexican foodie from Tijuana, I do expect a lot from (expensive) Mexican restaurants.

Friggin delicious. We had the chips and salsa trio, pork tacos, and the house margarita. Best dinner we’ve had in a long time and the price point is unbeatable.

This was very nice. I was surprised to find such a nice restaurant sort of stashed in what I'd call a strip mall. The decor was very pleasant and modern. The staff were surprisingly polite and pleasant. I had a nice lunch with a friend on a weekday and it was a great treat. There was lots to choose from on the menu. I was very impressed that the person who seated us asked about our dietary concerns right away. I don't have a lot of specifics to point out in this review, but everything was pleasant and I'll be back, I'll update my review.
