Absolutely delicious!! My friend and I walked in for lunch and were instantly greeted with the sight of beautiful, vibrant vegetables, and an easy menu to navigate! The young woman (sorry I dont know her name) who took our order was so kind and knowledgeable, and the pork bowl and coffee were flavorful, fresh, and delicious!! New go-to!!

Review of Food Truck Only - Ordered veggie noodle bowl, this was super bland, broth tasted like water, and was 19$. Not sure why I am paying more than the average restaurant at a food truck, but will not make that mistake again. Spring rolls were good, but everything was crazy overpriced

I got Shrimp Tempura udon from the food truck, and 95% sure it was just a pack of Nongshim Udon heated in the microwave. The tempura was also clearly not freshly fried. It was all fine, but $20 is wayyy overpriced for what it is.
Edit: I appreciate the reply, but I find it very hard to believe that your udon is not in fact Nongshim instant noodles. I used to have them fairly often, and everything was identical, including the toppings packet they came with. Even the bowl it was served in was the microwaveable bowl that Nongshim udon comes in. They are pretty tasty for instant noodles, but are not nearly restaurant quality.

I appreciate your response, but I must say that your tone comes across as quite dismissive, which is not the way to treat a customer—especially one who became ill after eating if your food truck. A bit of professionalism and concern would go a long way. Additionally, while I understand that pricing is at your discretion, the quality of the food should reflect the cost. Based on my experience and numerous similar comments from other customers, it seems that many feel the value does not match the price. I had hoped for a more understanding and professional response, but unfortunately, this interaction only reinforces my disappointment. I trust you’ll take this feedback into account moving forward.
I bought a bowl of ramen at a microbrewery from the Scrooge Maki truck. It cost $22 dollars and when it came out it wasn't much more than a 2$ ramen pack from the grocery store, luke warm broth, barely anything in it. These types of food trucks taking advantage of people and price gouging are at the end of my patience. If I can go to a restaurant and pay $16 for a full size huge steaming bowl ramen it should be $8-10 for small portion from a food truck. Shame!

Delicious! I've only eaten at the food truck, but we specifically go visit Mountain Toad Brewery in Golden where Scrooge Maki is there. Everything I've tried is incredibly tasty, to the point I usually fill up on their amazing fried dumplings and have to take the rest home lol. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Sometimes they give extra dumplings or spring rolls for free, just to be nice :)

He cared about presentation, taste, and making sure that you felt as a customer that you were appreciated! The food was SOOOO AMAZING!
