I bought a bowl of ramen at a microbrewery from the Scrooge Maki truck. It cost $22 dollars and when it came out it wasn't much more than a 2$ ramen pack from the grocery store, luke warm broth, barely anything in it. These types of food trucks taking advantage of people and price gouging are at the end of my patience. If I can go to a restaurant and pay $16 for a full size huge steaming bowl ramen it should be $8-10 for small portion from a food truck. Shame!
Delicious! I've only eaten at the food truck, but we specifically go visit Mountain Toad Brewery in Golden where Scrooge Maki is there. Everything I've tried is incredibly tasty, to the point I usually fill up on their amazing fried dumplings and have to take the rest home lol. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Sometimes they give extra dumplings or spring rolls for free, just to be nice :)
Ordered from the food truck!! WOW! The man who took our order was so busy but NEVER stopped being polite and attentive! He cared about presentation, taste, and making sure that you felt as a customer that you were appreciated! The food was SOOOO AMAZING! Cannot wait to go to the restaurant the next time we are back in town!
THANK YOU!!!!!
Ordered from the Scrooge Maki Food Truck and it was IMPECCABLE. I could tell that the man running it has a deep passion for the food he makes and I can taste it. He was so quick too! Perfect food, perfect experience, I hope I get to find the food truck again soon.
Delicious and great customer service! I love this food truck at Rayback! The owner is very kind, friendly, and a great cook. I highly recommend the udon and the Korean fried chicken. 5 stars!
We went to the food truck at Rayback and spent over $50 on a bowl of ramen and a bowl of udon. The ramen was very bland and the noodles tasted packaged, but at least the bowl was full! The tempura udon was less than halfway full and that was just because the noodles weren’t covered by the broth. It had better flavor than the ramen but there was barely any in the bowl. I cannot believe that we paid over $50 for barely any food, which wasn’t even good anyway. I would not recommend this food truck to anyone!
Consistently great food made with care by a great chef! Never feels too heavy or salty, always tastes great.
Incredible customer service and delicious food!!! Server was attentive and very friendly!
Damn good food truck. Had the Korean Fried Chicken Poke Bowl, Dumplings, Takyo Yaki, and Seaweed Salad. Everything was great. The Takyo Yaki popped nicely in the mouth, the seaweed salad wasn't overly seasoned. Wife loved the Dumplings. Definitely would recommend the food truck service.
Amazing service- the staff working the food truck at Rayback was so nice and the food was great!
