Great atmosphere and service! Highly recommend the cannelloni. I thought the chicken broccoli alfredo (can’t remember the actual name) was meh - perfectly fine but nothing special.

My sisters and I have a tradition of meeting here, and CJ was fabulous tonight to say the very least. He was funny, friendly, and just very kind. When he’d run out of cranberry juice, he was super apologetic and offered really delicious alternatives. He was on point with the recommendations as well. Overall, combined with the lively yet subtly detailed environment, the flavors and expertise the food is cooked with, CJ tied the whole experience together. Yes, the menu can feel a bit pricey, but it is one hundred percent worth every penny. We will definitely be asking for his section the next time we come back for a full three course.

We sat outside - beautiful night. Restaurant said they were short on staff but service was still very good . Food was delicious - we both had the trout . Overall was a great experience.

Fast service, decent food, and cute seating areas. Offered sticky menus and the table was not properly set or wiped down. Will not be eating here again.

There so many great aspects of this restaurant. Walking in the front door immediately transports you to small town Italy where the food is great and the world is allowed to move slow enough to enjoy it. Abbey, our server, gave us an experience both professional and personal, interjecting with enthusiasm her passion for certain foods (she pinpointed and waxed poetic about at least 3/4 of the menu), and helped us customize to our individual tastes. She then continued to check in with us to ensure that everything was perfect within her ability. The wine listing was extensive and the food exhibited skill in very traditional Italian cookery. The Four Cheese Gnoochi was hardy and flavorful, while the meatballs were made with care. However, the tiramisu, which almost had an ice creamy texture, can only be defined as divine, and may be one of the best I have had. I look forward to our next visit and am appreciative of all who made our night special.

The food was good. I was surprised by the flatbread. It was the best I e ever had. I would highly recommend it.

Father's day dinner with my daughters, wnated to treat them and have a memorable meal...Ambience is great, felt like an intimate cafe in Italy, rustic, exposed brick very nice. The food was disappointing, ordered pomodoro bruschetta which came with barely toasted bread..."Bruschetta" refers to toasted/burned bread...also under seasoned. Main course was Vitello Parmigiana, figured this would be a signature dish at Sforno, was overcooked and very tough, almost like eating leather, (sorry Sforno usually do not like writing subpar reviews). duaghter ordered Scampetti alla Romana, which was average and not necessarily a main course... It was very busy when we ate, not sure the cooking staff were somewhat overwhelmed trying to serve a somewhat extensive menu...maybe simplify the menu and cook with consistent quality would be a suggestion...

Always love our time at Sforno! A simple lunch with Polpette Alla Romana antipasti followed by mista and sforno salads and pizza. Simple fare perhaps but the tastes were authentic and properly balanced spice wise. And the red sangria is perfect for lunch.

This is our favorite restaurant in all of Colorado. It's truly authentic Italian and everything from sport to dessert is outstanding here. We were celebrating a birthday and ask our server to pace our meal slowly. He was more than willing to accommodate, and he subtly kept an eye on us to make sure he was in sync. The Colorado trout was the best fish dish I've ever had and the tiramisu was rich, creamy and packed with flavor. The table bread and olive oil could be a meal with some cheese but don't skip dinner. You will be sorry.

Carbonara was fantastic. Sat at the bar and had a coke. Food and drink was delicious. Bar felt like an afterthought but was done in such a way that I frankly loved it.

Party of 8 including 3 small kids. Every single meal was delicious! Very good spot for small kids with green space across the way to play before food comes. The server had great recommendations. Fantastic time!

Sforno is truly some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had—outside of Italy itself! Every pasta dish we tried was flavorful, hearty, and absolutely delicious. The Tortelloni, Bolognese, and Lasagna are my favorite dishes. We couldn’t get enough of the fresh bread with garlic, pesto, and olive oil and asked for a second basket.

Our server, Payton, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly a hard worker who added to the overall experience.

10/10 experience. Can’t wait to come back!

The food and ambience were brilliant. Service was a little slow but the waiter was great when he came.
