Food is expensive. $61 for two adults and two kids. Plus the service is horrible. Good luck getting someone to take your order. A lot of people standing around.

I promise that if you order this place off uber eats, your order WILL not show up correct. I am not saying an instance where you say “no tomato” and there is a tomato, I’m saying completely absent items and a bunch of dummy items. I dont have enough energy to try to figure out the scam and I’m too tired to theorize but avoid ordering any and all delivery items via uber eats because I’ve been ripped off 100% of the time. Every time I’ve visited in person, the staff is incredible but they’re being exploited by Uber Eats and they’re complacent with it. Change the narrative fam.

Food is decent for a fast food place but the service is frustrating every time. A simple Pickup order takes way longer than it should as they keep the food behind the counter and that don’t have anyone working the pickup area, despite a bunch of people that appear to be standing around not doing much. Same experience on multiple visits.

I usually really like shake shack, so this experience was a little disappointing. It might have been an error on my end, but I ordered a burger and shake to go. When I took out the burger, it had no lettuce, tomato, or sauce and it had cheese. I ordered a classic shack burger (which usually has lettuce, tomato, etc.) with no cheese and added grilled onion and bacon. I still ate it but just disappointed :/

It had amazing food and employees, after we didn’t get one of the things we ordered they made sure to get it to us immediately, great service!
I love the burgers but the no contact ordering gets backed up quickly and seems employees don't know how to use the register so no one offers help when the line gets long. Only two screens to order from. Then the machine asks for a tip.

The portion sizes were so comically small I thought I was being pranked for a hidden camera show. Six bucks for six "nuggets" that are each smaller than a tater tot! And a container of ranch dressing that is nearly empty (the photo is immediately after opening, I hadn't used any yet). Never again. Not when Birdcall is literally across the street. What a ripoff Shake Shack turned out to be. The shrinkflation is out of control.

Always a good experience here. I have not been here enough to know they rotate their menu. The burger I had my heart set on wasn't available today. Thus only four stars. I was very disappointed! However, their server was outstanding and definitely made up for it in many other ways.
