Get takeout order every now and then. Always a hustle to get employees to notice you standing there with a completely empty restaurant. Was given a side eye and attitude when I asked to pick up my order that was already sitting there ready. Staff seemed to be more into chatting and laughing with each other rather than paying attention to guests. On top of that, both burgers that I got had hair in it. Service has gone downhill in the last year for sure.

I promise that if you order this place off uber eats, your order WILL not show up correct. I am not saying an instance where you say “no tomato” and there is a tomato, I’m saying completely absent items and a bunch of dummy items. I dont have enough energy to try to figure out the scam and I’m too tired to theorize but avoid ordering any and all delivery items via uber eats because I’ve been ripped off 100% of the time. Every time I’ve visited in person, the staff is incredible but they’re being exploited by Uber Eats and they’re complacent with it. Change the narrative fam.

Food is decent for a fast food place but the service is frustrating every time. A simple Pickup order takes way longer than it should as they keep the food behind the counter and that don’t have anyone working the pickup area, despite a bunch of people that appear to be standing around not doing much. Same experience on multiple visits.
