Food took a long time for simple tacos. Street tacos were really small and simple. Margaritas were good and cheap, but the wait for the food wasn't really worth it.

We were overall really disappointed with our meal. The food was overpriced and bland. They don’t have a kid’s menu and do not have an option for something small. We asked if we could order just a small burrito with beans, rice and cheese for our 6 year old and they said yes, but still charged us $16.99 for a large burrito, just without all the other ingredients. Also, we heard they had all day breakfast, but it wasn’t in the menu and we had to look online for that info. The horchata coffee was good though. Our meal was $80 and it felt like a ripoff. If you want good Mexican food at an affordable price, there are lots of better options in Boulder.

No employees to be seen until food was ready, dirty tables, long wait time, music too loud and people had to yell over each other making the restaurant kind of overwhelming to be in. Extremely overcooked chicharrones, basically inedible, and the rest of my food was under seasoned. I never leave reviews but dang I feel like I wasted my money and am angry.

Shreddy’s Tacos in Boulder is a must-try. I had the fajita bowl, and it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned with generous portions. My guest ordered the ramen birria, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, savory, and packed with tender meat that made every bite satisfying. On top of the amazing food, the customer service was great—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The menu is creative, the food is well-executed, and the overall experience was excellent. We’ll definitely be back to try more!
I've been a Shreddys customer a long time. Horchata is a must! Agua Fresca also a must. Plus they donate food and bevs to our local school fundraiser. I love their whole menu but I always order the crunchy chicken tacos that they put on special for game days or Tuesdays sometimes. The House Marg is so good. It is made with local Tequila brand, Suerte, and you can taste the quality plus they are very reasonably priced. The vibes are always high, and their giant oak bar is gorgeous. They also have a nice outdoor patio for warm weather. Its my favorite spot in Boulder. Shreddy Eddy is the owner and she's a a world famous snowboarder from Winter Park where she started as a food truck. I highly recommend and want to say thnk you for always supporting Boulder children's schools and the teachers meals!
