The food was disappointing and bland. The tomatillo salsa was watery and had no flavor. The sour cream eliminated any flavor of the meat. Maybe the restaurant transition was a miss, but I wish it was better so we can have good tacos in Boulder

We had the house guacamole, the fajita bowl, the empanadas and the burrito supreme. Everything was fresh and delicious. The chips that came with the salsa before dinner and the chips that came with the guacamole were warm and just right. The hot sauce that was ordered with the burrito was just the right mix of heat and flavor. The service was prompt and friendly. I recommend Shred's!

If any of you are looking for a new spot to make your regular spot, come get some good tacos, grilled cheese birria, deserts, and more at Shreddy's!

Greeted by owner when I entered and was so nice.
Menu is fantastic. You have to get nopales tacos. Wow. Never had cactus before and it’s something you need to try. Loved it. Portions were big with cucumber and radish and lime. The spicy sauce was spicy but I couldn’t stop eating it even though it was spicy because it was so good.
And they have fun drinks like strawberry horchata.
This place is a must. It’ll be a hit!

It's Boulder Mexican food, so nothing special. Pretty expensive and average to below average food. I'd recommend leaving Boulder to get the good stuff, and I'd skip this one.
I went there Friday on a fairly empty stomach and hungry. I thought I would give this place a try. I ordered the Carnitas fajitas to go. I was disappointed after a few bites and should’ve stopped there but I was hungry.. . The presentation was somewhat of an over overly proportioned messy pile of meat on a variety of veggies etc. I added their mild salsa to it , and yet it failed to add any flavoring. I ate a little less than half of it and lost interest due to the unappealing mush-like plié of food Later that evening, I began to feel ill. It started with nausea, feeling lethargic followed by headaches. Later, to throw up repeatedly all of Saturday. Woke up this morning feeling better but I’m convinced I experienced some type of food poisoning. Shameful because the staff and atmosphere was nice and pleasant. Maybe I should’ve taken it as a sign that there was only one other family dining when I arrived. I will be contact the restaurant once they open to advise them that they may want to check the freshness of their food. I will not return which saddens me because I wanted to give them a fair chance.

Great service and it's a pretty cute restaurant, but the quality just isn't there. You get a decent amount of food for what you pay, but it's not the most flavorful (even for Colorado's average Mexican food).
Prices are pretty high, maybe that's just a Boulder thing.
I have high hopes for Shreddy's and I really hope I can rate them higher next time.

Ordered burrito and it was alright, but all salsa and sauces were nasty!! My fiance said he didn't like birra dipping juice at all. Not a fan but gave it a chance.

Tacos Tuesdays are amazing, they have specialty items, and some of the best tacos in boulder without a doubt, the pupusas and elote are also incredible. Just make sure to get the spicy salsa, it’s HOT.
