Shreddy’s Tacos is a great place in Boulder with a killer atmosphere, crazy good breakfast burritos, and delicious iced coffee. Check it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Directly across the street from CU Campus.

We had the house guacamole, the fajita bowl, the empanadas and the burrito supreme. Everything was fresh and delicious. The chips that came with the salsa before dinner and the chips that came with the guacamole were warm and just right. The hot sauce that was ordered with the burrito was just the right mix of heat and flavor. The service was prompt and friendly.

1st time at my girls' newest location, and I gotta say, I was NOT disappointed! I have known this woman for over 20 years, and she can serve some damn good food! ??
If any of you are looking for a new spot to make your regular spot, come get some good tacos, grilled cheese birria, deserts, and more at Shreddy's!
