You know, I understand that the economy is garbage right now, but the way to sort that out isn’t charging $5.50 for a large fry and half filling it. My 1 star review is due to going to this location once a year (if that) since 2015. I used to go a ton in college. Staff is nice, place is a grease pit. The floors are always slippery from grease, the baskets, too. Do I fault the staff? Nope. Because leadership comes from the top. Employees only work hard if paid well and treated right and given the proper tools and training.I love the food but I can’t stand this location one bit. I just ordered delivery and it cost $42 for 2 sandwiches 3 tenders (strips, not orders), and a “large” fry that was half full. They don’t offer combos so it’s a clean $20 for a drink and sandwich and fries. I can go to Red Robin for a $12 burger that comes with unlimited fries. I leave there bursting for under $20. I highly suggest folks who consider this business to follow my lead and start patronizing businesses that aren’t clearly pulling shrinkflation theft. And to the staff: if your higher ups are touting record profits or telling you the business is hurting; look up the CEOs pay and ask yourself WHY the business is actually hurting. It’s not YOUR paycheck, I’ll tell you that.God speed, compatriots.

Tried the new Veggie Burger and it's extremely good. Most places kind of mess up veggie burgers, not Smashburger! It's surprisingly meaty, and decently priced like the other stuff on the menu. I had to double check with the staff that I didn't get a regular burger by mistake. Ordered a second one for the road. So good.Vegetarian options: Seriously good veggie burger. Better than those at most nice restaurants.

It’s a really good tasting burger, and the classic special price makes it a steal while it lasts. Generally the staff is very friendly, although occasionally inattentive after rushes. I’ve never had anything that didn’t taste good, but at full menu price it can be a bit expensive for lunch - more of a delicious treat than an everyday go-to.

Wrong burger was brought out and the bun fell off while the server was bringing it to me. She said she would bring me another bun but didn’t for about 20 minutes until we had to walk up to the front with our tray to get a replacement. We ordered 2 fries and only got one and they were cold. It seems like there’s only one employee working the register and serving orders. They need to hire more people. I don’t understand why fast food chains are cheaping out like this. If the floor can’t be managed then they need to close early if they can’t hire more staff. There’s a supervisor in the back and 2 cooks. I’m not sure why service is terrible.

These guys always rock when I decide to order from here. The rewards program is pretty cool and it doesn't take a million years to get something for free. There is patio seating (which isn't to cool in the fall because of all the leaves, but us SUPER cool in spring and summer. If you just kind of block out the buildings on the bottom, there are gorgeous views of the Rockies at any time of year. The inside is usually pretty clean with the exception of some mud accumulation from customers traipsing around in the snow this time of year. Not really a wonderful selection of drinks at this location though. Unusual drinks, yes. Great variety of familiar drinks? Not by a long shot! One of the neighbors down the street from them has one of those fancy, shmancy drink machines that had everything you can imagine, so I usually go there for my drinks. Other than that, is a Smashburger! Truffle, mushroom and Swiss burger with a side of haystacks for the win!!

The waits here are absurdly long. If you’re lucky and there’s no line, it’s a minimum 20 min wait for a small burger or fries. I always come here for a quick bite and then forget how slow the employees are:(

Ordered grilled chicken sandwich. Service was great (very friendly) but the food was terrible. Bun was good but the lettuce was wilted & flavor-less. Tomatoes had no flavor. Worst of all, the chicken was dry & over-cooked and had no seasoning. Barely above a cardboard sandwich. Worst I've ever had. And for that pleasure, they changed well over $8, a dollar more than the equivalent (but fine) classic my wife purchased. They don't do chicken well (understatement for sure) - lesson learned
