The burgers were delicious: juicy and done, yet crispy on the outside. The cheese was melty and gooey. Paired perfect with a brioche bun, mayo, pickles, bbq sauce, and bacon. The onions ring were thickah than a snickah (which is how an onion ring should be in my opinion), and that batter is sweet and so crunchy. We weren’t rushed to order, and food came out hot, fast, correct, and exceeded expectations. This was the first time my fiance’ and I were in, but it certainly won’t be the last! Next time we’re saving room for a shake!

Loved this place for over a decade, but was disappointed to receive fries that were so hard, stale, and impossible to bite into—I had to throw them away. The burger was also dry and very sparse on toppings. Maybe I just got unlucky this time, but this is not the same Snarfburger quality I'm used to. Sucks that this meal cost like $15 total.

They have the potential to be a lot better. The food is really great, best onion rings I've had too. But if you go on a weekend or any other time they're busy, expect your chicken patty/burger to be undercooked most of the time. I experience this pretty regularly here.

This place was packed to the gills, so after I made my order I stood outside and received it through the delivery window. A nice option if you're trying to avoid COVID. The burger was delicious!

Writing today with an unfortunate complaint considering Snarfburger is a long time favorite and somewhere I typically frequent especially considering their flexibility with my eating restrictions. I ordered via UberEats and was delivered only 1 of the 2 ordered items, and the burger I received had all of my allergens on it despite the modifications specified on my order. My complaint today is addressed specifically at the service I received when I called to resolve the issue - I was initially placed on hold for 20 minutes, at which point I decided to call from another line. Same guy picks up the phone, asks to put me on hold, I ask how long it will be considering I've already been on hold for 20 minutes. He says "Oh, that's you, yeah. Give me another minute." I am exercising all of the patience my ravenously hungry and 37 week pregnant self can muster at this point. After a few more moments on hold, he reluctantly obliged to my request to remake the order for pickup. I have experience in customer service and restaurant management. I have been in the weeds. I was never once apologized to for the errors or possible dangers of allergen exposure, never thanked for my patience, nor did this guy at any point seem like he actually cared to make the issue right. Frustrating to say the least.
