I’ve been eating at Snarf’s for a long time! I love their sandwiches. But my last few visits have been very disappointing, extremely unprofessional service, Ramses was just plain disrespectful. Won’t be back to this location

LOCATION IS CLOSED. It’s currently being renovated and google maps doesn’t say that.

On 7/27/25, I ordered some subs to go in the Boulder location in the morning. They forgot to put the seasoning and oil on my subs and the female supervisor was very rude. I am not planning on going back and I would not recommend their food.

The food was amazing though we had to wait, a little bit only due to them making them all from scratch!! I'll always come back!

They got some good sandwiches, the bread had some good crunch to it. The ingredients are good too! It’s worth a try for sure

Toasty Italian sub, hero, hoggie, grinder... Whatever you call it, this one is pretty darn good. Surprisingly a bit pricy for their smallest, but I'd return.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Food Poisoning and Unprofessional Staff
I visited the Snarf’s on Arapahoe in Boulder on Saturday, June 14th, and ordered a large Italian sandwich. While waiting, I noticed both employees appeared disheveled and unprofessional—ungroomed, with facial piercings, and generally unclean in appearance—which immediately made me question the hygiene standards.
Later that night, I woke up with severe stomach cramps and explosive diarrhea. It was violent and lasted through the night. I’ve had food poisoning before, and this was among the worst experiences. I strongly suspect it came from the sandwich I ate here.
Needless to say, I won’t be returning. I’ve also reported this incident to Boulder County Public Health in hopes of preventing someone else from going through what I did.
Always good and hits the spot. Love the Italian Supreme.
Great sandwich. Clean place. Thanks guys

Good sandwiches. BLT was killer
That’s it - I am completely done with this Snarf’s location. If an online order is promised at a certain time and it’s consistently NOT ready at that time, something needs to change. They are very convenient for the businesses in this area, and they do make a good sandwich. But the service in general and especially the wait times to actually get your food are ridiculous. Forty minutes wait time for an online order of 1 sandwich on a random Tuesday is not what I would consider good service. But if it was actually ready when I got there, I guess I would continue to give this local shop my business.
The straw that broke the camel’s back? Today when I asked if my order was ready after placing the order 40 minutes prior, I was told it would be ready soon. Fine. I get it. Lunch hour is busy. 10 minutes later I asked a different worker if they could check on my order, and they handed me my cold sandwich that had been sitting there the whole time. Had to bite my tongue.
Your sandwiches are great. Service, staffing or management needs a serious upgrade.
One of the other sandwich shops is just down the road but you’d be silly to pass up a Snarf’s sandwich for one of the other guys “originals”
I love the atmosphere here, the food is amazing every time! Everytime I try something new I end up with a new favorite
Good food.
My friend from out of town has a soy allergy and when we wanted to make sure the bread for a sandwich had no allergens, the staff said they didn’t know what was in the bread. This is unacceptable, and we won’t be coming back because it’s clearly not an allergy-friendly spot. We hope for positive changes.
