My friend from out of town has a soy allergy and when we wanted to make sure the bread for a sandwich had no allergens, the staff said they didn’t know what was in the bread. This is unacceptable, and we won’t be coming back because it’s clearly not an allergy-friendly spot. We hope for positive changes.

I was there on a Saturday at about 11:30. I was the only customer in the restaurant. There were 5 people behind the counter and only one was making sandwiches. I ordered a 7 inch BLT and a Dr Pepper. I paid and gave a 5 dollar tip. I waited 10 minutes and still no sandwich. I finally gave up and went to Windy's. I assume the one person working was making a to go order, but being the only customer in the restaurant with a very simple order, I should not have had to wait. Give priority to customers who are there.

Great food . Tried a steak sandwich it was awesome. It had mushrooms on it, and I don't like them but in this sandwich, I smashed them along with everything else on the sandwich. The bread was awesome, the meat was awesome, the vegetables were awesome, and the peppers were banging. LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!

I've been getting my favorite go-to 'Vegetarian' for many years. Something has changed recently that has really dragged them down. I never get hot peppers so I can enjoy the seasonings and vinegar, which seems non-existent now, making it borderline flavorless. There used to be texture in the filling but now it is all drenched, indiscriminate mush. Please save my favorite sandwich, I love Snarfs and think the Veg is one of the best sandwich offerings around!

Haven't been in a year since I moved out of state. Came in for lunch and still the best sandwich I've ever had. My coworker ate here every day for lunch, trying to taste as many different sandwiches as possible in the week we were back.

I’ve gotten sick eating here twice now. My coworker also said he was feeling ill after eating from this location. We work near by and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but man that was not fun. During lunch it is fine but after a shift around 8pm is when I’ve had this issue. The night crew seems to not care, specifically a male that looks like he’s in his early 20’s maybe. Disgruntled with the $2 tip I gave when I don’t have to give him anything. I had also gotten an Italian like I always do and it was so spicy I couldn’t even eat it and it wasn’t the peppers so idk what’s going on.

No iced tea for months now. Today no lemonade. Ownership must not care about the quality of this restaurant. Shame!
