My husband and I ate here on our recent trip to boulder. It was surprisingly our favorite meal of the trip. My husband got chile verde Benedict. It was a 10/10! We enjoyed their nitro coffee, it was smooth creamy! I got a simple breakfast that was great as well (eggs, sausage, hashbrowns).. but we added a gluten free cinnamon roll pancake to split. It was divine! Best gluten free pancake I’ve ever had! Definitely will be a must stop for our future visits!

Great, friendly staff and amazing food options. The cinnamon roll pancakes are maybe the best thing in existence. I’m from Dallas and have been to a few Snooze locations in DFW, but for whatever reason this location is just a step above the others. I usually don’t recommend chains but Snooze is honestly one of the most fun, high quality brunches in Boulder.

We absolutely loved this spot! While driving through Boulder on our way to Estes Park, we stumbled upon this charming little gem. The service was warm and welcoming, and the food blew us away. The fresh juices were bursting with flavor, and the oat milk lattes—though a bit on the small side—were fantastic. The pancake flight was such a fun and creative idea, with each flavor more delicious than the last. The greens & grain bowl was packed with flavor, and the garden harvest omelette was equally satisfying. A perfect stop we’re glad we didn’t miss!
