Their food is mid, and the staff always seem irritated. The chicken wings I ordered were still raw inside — I wish I had taken a photo the wings. Even after pointing it out, they still charged me full price. On top of that, around 10:30–11:00 at night they get obnoxiously loud, and the noise carries across the highway, disturbing the entire neighborhood. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. And yes, I live a block across the street from them!

Came with party of 9, took >1hr to get our food. Automatic gratuity of 20% for groups of 6+, which is fine. However, gratuity was applied to the post tax total… Also, cash only with a written itemized list that made it hard to split. Food was good, but overpriced for how good it was. Also, in the bathroom, it says tips are split between owner and staff, which is unethical, especially considering they apply gratuity to post tax total.

Horrible management. Terrible food. Literally the worst service ever. I don't drink. Literally the worst dining experience in years. Please don't waste your time at any of these establishments (I've lived in Boulder county for almost 30 years)

I love Southern Sun & all their related restaurants. Have never had less than perfect service at this location. Their fries are great- especially with the peak vinegar/dijon combo. Junk burger, steak sandwich, build-your-own grilled cheese are musts. Their beer is pretty good too.

The front desk woman was extremely rude. I rarely write poor reviews but it is not ok to feel disrespected as a customer.

The music was loud, so we ate outside where we could hear each other. I am hard of hearing. We were not forgotten out there; the wait staff took good care of us. It was lunchtime, and I had a BLT & and fries, which were good.
