Rude staff. She didn’t fill me and my friends drink up all the way, was extremely rude to me after being kind to her, and she didn’t fully check me out and after 5 min of me sitting at the checkout I asked if everything went through and she said “yes” in a mean and rude tone. Very unenjoyable experience.

Passionate Exister

Talk about a man who knows how to make coffee! This is truly the best Starbucks location for miles around. Charlie has an actual passion for the coffee concoctions and always goes out of his way to make the drinks custom and to taste. I struggle every time at any other Starbucks for the consistency that Charlie offers every morning. He not only cares to make the drinks how you order them, but offers suggestions and details about how certain elements blend together like cocoa powder and vanilla. I love starting my day here and Starbucks is lucky to have someone like Charlie working behind the counter. Charlie should be training all the baristas from here to Denver. It’s unbelievable the various ways each Starbucks location will make the same drink. Charlie does it best. Thank you!

First time at this location since i started a new job around the corner came in here to get a coffee for pick me up looking for suggestions and the two gentlemen working were beyond amazing and helpful! The one I believe his name is Ben is a mixologist! He asked me some important questions so he could fully understand what kind of coffee drink it was that I was looking for specifically and he nailed it. They are both super awesome. Can’t wait to go back again soon thank you guys!

Unfortunately I am a regular at this location, and every time I hope it will be better than the last, but I am increasingly more disappointed with every purchase. Today felt like the final straw. Poor new guy was essentially training himself and he was really trying his best and was so sweet, but while he was struggling to make my order correctly, not only did I witness the manager snap at two other employees for talking and not working, immediately after, she did nothing to help this poor man, and was being lazy herself. I have witnessed this manager be rude to customers, employees, and on a bad day she might tell you that you can’t use your starbucks rewards and on a good day she might accept them. This will probably be my last visit and I will make the tee j into town for my coffee. This isn’t a one time occurrence, I have wanted to write a review for years and always opted for giving everyone the Benefit of the doubt but I can’t keep doing that. To the new young man that helped me, I hope you find a job that is much more supportive and no at this location.

they didnt have any of the right supplies. large hot drink cups don't hold as much as the cold drink cups. The batista was alright and helped solve the problem, but definitely should have warned me about the lack of lids or straws before I paid.

I showed up at 6:30 for coffee, they were supposed to open at six. I was told that the barista overslept and they wouldn’t open until after seven. Not good.

The "manager" of this location has got to be one of the rudest,most unpleasant,disrespectful people I have encountered. Not only to patrons, but her staff as well.

This Starbucks sucks! Never make drinks right! There’s an older lady who will lie to you about what they have available. Also she told my friend that she couldn’t use her Starbucks gift card when I was right after her and she used mine. The younger girl doesn’t make the drink right. Both of there attitudes are horrible!!!

Very friendly, and quick, staff. They really do a great job getting you in and out in a hurry. Its a go too stop for me every morning.

Visited around 10:30 am on 12-31-20 the scanner wasn't working on my gift card so I asked them if they could do it manually, they said yes it was possible. So I asked if they would try and they said it was "beyond them" and it probably still wouldn't work so no. Definition of LAZY! Thanks Starbucks, no coffee for me this morning.
