Was visiting the area from out of town. The staff here were top notch. It’s always nice to see that great customer service still exists.
Best service in a Starbucks we have ever gotten!! Kacey (sorry if I spelled it wrong… maybe it’s Casey) was sooooo amazing! She went about and beyond to help us get the Colorado coffee mug my husband really wanted before we left to go back to KS. She was so nice and acted like it was nothing but her kindness was something we truly felt like was a treasure! Also, Victoria mad my iced shaken espresso and I realized I forgot to ask for it with almond milk and she, without hesitation, made it for me again but with almond milk. It was totally my mistake but she showed me the same kindness which just made my day. Also it’s the best iced shaken espresso I’ve ever had!!!! Thank you all for being so amazing in there and there was another guy who helped us that was super sweet too I’m sad I didn’t catch his name. Thanks again, we really appreciate the incredible customer service and the profound service skills you all possess!! ❤️❤️

My drink got stolen by another customer, but the folks working here today (11:30 AM, 8/20/23, I wasn't able to get their names) were very understanding and remade my order. They also gave me a card for a free drink to make up for it. :)

So incredibly slow. I went here instead of Einsteins Bagel next door because I thought it was faster and big mistake. I bet they could make an entire bagel sandwich quicker at Einsteins than it took me to get a not-warmed up croissant - and only just that. If the barista doesn’t know to get a bakery item started before she takes the next customers order - then they’re not properly equipped to handle a busy location. I’d recommend going next door or driving to the Safeway and getting from the Starbucks in there then dealing with this location.
