I've been here 3 times now, and all 3 times the barista is nowhere to be seen. Had to wait 5 mins to even see anyone the fist time, and they made a barely okay drink. This last time I waited 10 mins and just left cuz it was just empty. Definitely need more people or something cuz I'm never coming to this place again.

For a coffee station I find it interesting that this location is NEVER open. I have gone here a few times over this past year due to conducting business nearby and so disappointing that whatever hour I have entered, early morning to mid, closed. Everything is on, machines are on, lights, monitors and equipment always on, but no workers. The Safeway staff could be a bit more polite when they see someone waiting in line other than never putting a simple sign up that says closed but then again, I recognize where I’m at when it comes to service. For those who need better service I found just a few doors down to the south there’s a nice coffee house and a bagel shop next door that appreciate peoples business.

Barista was the only person working at this location. She was maybe 15 years old. She messed up our order and when we asked about it at the pickup counter she said she would have to wait on all the others waiting in line before she could fix our order. I’m sure she was stressed since she was the only one there and there was a line of customers waiting. They need to have a manager on location working with their staff so that the barista can have backup and not have to be the cashier and barista all by herself.

I came here for the first time, the barista was sooo nice, he greeted with a big smile and a nice voice! This Starbucks is located inside the Safeway building. I couldn’t see his name tag but he had long hair!

I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher... The barista gave me my drink without mixing it and no ice!!! I told her that is not how my drink should be and all she said was " you just need to mix it" If I was able to give a 0 stars I would, Starbucks needs employees that actually like their job and care about their customers ... Last time I go there
