This has to be the worst Starbucks in the country their customer service is deplorable. They will literally stop what they're doing to take the online orders and make you wait for those to be completed before finishing your order. I ordered a large caramel macchiato and xelda gave me one shot of expresso and half of a little squirt of caramel I made sure to ask him if that was one shot and he said yes I feel like I was robbed at half my drink I will never return to this Starbucks

As more and more mobile orders came in said they couldn’t take my in store order because they were busy with mobile orders. What’s the point of a storefront! My son wanted a treat that ran out due to a massive mobile order for every single cake pop while we were waiting to be served for one cake pop. Usually I’m okay with waiting but this is ridiculous. Literally been waiting over 25 minutes for a drink. I’m never ordering here again Jesus !!!!!!! I’ve been a barista and this is the most disorganized team I’ve ever seen.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to (and it's in a King Soopers, so my expectations weren't all that high). Numerous times I have gotten a coffee that I would rather throw out than drink. I'm not sure what the issue is. They're brewing it too hot, or too long, or letting it sit too long. But multiple times it has been too bitter to drink. Maybe if you get the sugar loaded drinks it disguises how bad it is, but if you just want a coffee, I would avoid it at all costs. I won't waste money at this location again.

Too much sugar. I tried my very first soy pumpkin spice latte and it was so grossly sweet. The spice blend was nice and I like the whipped cream but why do they have to put some sugar in it?

This place was a hidden gem when it first opened and then started taking online orders. Unfortunately as it has become more popular, the in-store ordering is long, online orders are extremely delayed (up to 20-30min in my experience) and they are very understaffed.Baseline has parking challenges, but the service is 1000% better.

Love this Starbux. Stefan, Rachel, Logan, the Asian lady, and Sheila are so warm and friendly. They make excellent coffee--and quickly. I recommend this location!
