Evan, the store front manager was incredibly rude with me. He kept hanging up the phone. I called and I asked earlier this morning because my drink was incorrect if they can fix it for me I was working all day so I didn’t have an opportunity to go in instead of him resolving the issue I have proof of purchase I even have the coffee that they messed up on. It’s still sitting in my car, but he was incredibly rude disrespectful I asked for the corporate number so I can call and complain and let the uppers know what kind of service he is not giving it was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He hung up on me three different times. I tried to call the bakery. He ended up answering the bakery line and hung up on me several different times. If this is how you treat your customers, I will never shop at this location again not that this store would care

This Starbucks is like every other one. It’s fine if you like it. My kids do so we stopped. The people seemed fairly happy. And my kids were.

Cara and April make this place special. So friendly and lots of care and attention to the craft. Felt like I was a regular in a fancy neighborhood spot, not a number in a corporate chain.

After waiting six minutes past the pick up time I ask is the order is ready or being picked getting ready and Bailey Sampson mediately. We haven’t gotten to it yet.Another woman actually checked immediately, and it had been ready I just had not been packaged correctly or put in the right area.There was absolutely no need for that kind of attitude, and then she had the gall to ask what she did wrong

My husband was in this Starbucks on February 22, 2023 while there was believed to be an active shooter at Boulder high. The City ans university sent out a shelter in place alert. Starbucks employees and management told all customers that they had to leave the store! Is this the standard practice/ procedure for Starbucks corporation? I can’t believe it is company policy to instruct paying customers that they had to get out of the store during the shelter in place order and send them into the danger of stray bullets?

This Starbucks is excellent! My favorite location in Boulder. Friendly staff, and a constant attention to detail. The new Taylor Swift album was playing from beginning to end. Thank God, such a good album. They ran out of TP in the restroom due to a late delivery truck, and graciously let me into the staff restroom.Give everyone a dollar and half raise ASAP.
