I was shamed when I asked where the ordering line was. Maybe they were just clueless behind the counter, and that's why they just blankly stared at me when I asked where the line was to order......

Staff was nice and all but I specifically asked for decaf and they gave me regular espresso... I have a heart problem so that could've been really bad. Thankfully I realized before drinking and threw it out.

No it's really not anymore a good place to go to... Why, because there's no Chair's or Tables there anymore they Target took 'em out so all it us now is purchase your Product inside store then leave...I actually didn't see anything inside Target store or Starbucks Coffee inside store to help out for the Disabled people....Target store actually needs to be investigated for not helping out the Disabled people... I'm just saying there in the City of Boulder, Colorado why there's no where to sit down or enjoy a meal from Starbucks Coffee shop....

Boulder Target Starbucks must do better!I waited to be acknowledged by two white male workers. Then a customer behind me walked up and asked me why I was trying to get their attention (blame the victim- good old Boulder). I was the fist person in line while the works didn't make eye contact with me and instead talked to eachother. I am not sure what else I should have done to get their attention.Then when I asked the for sugar from the tattooed one, who eventually made my coffee as slowly as possible, he pushed it across the counter as if I was a nuisance.As an older black woman I am used to poor treatment....but I haven't found a way to tolerate it yet!

Bad staff,sometimes they almost decent drinks, open at reasonable hours, one of the last starbucks in boulder, honestly its just a**, I'd recommend homebrew coffee its better and cheaper anyway.
I dont think they train their baristas, all the drinks taste like creamer

Wow, I’ve never met someone who is not fit for customer service more than Mira. It’s a MIRAcle she still has a job. Incredibly disrespectful. Her attitude towards us while we were ordering drinks was so rude and it seemed as if we were inconveniencing her to order. She even rolled her eyes at my question of if an item was in stock

It's a Pizza Hut Express now. Not sure when the change took place but Google is located on next block north , and still hasn't updated the map search listing.
