I’m standing in here now after ordering online and I’ve never seen two employees at a coffee shop move slower. It’s like they’re stuck in molasses. Making coffee. It was a full 15 minutes for one drink, ordered online.

I hate leaving negative reviews, however this location is consistently disappointing. They do not handle rushes very well and I have routinely waited 20 plus minutes here. I have had several order faux paws and forgotten items. I love Starbucks and I hope this location can improve in the future !

The new cashier at Starbucks said you now have to make a purchase to get a small iced water. That’s fine because yes, the open door policy has been changed to just paying customers. But I had been waiting in line and there were 4 free baristas just cleaning around the back. It says baristas can serve water if there not busy, it’s up to their discretion. Which is fine. What bugged me is the cashier was like I’m very sorry twice to me. I hate that she just threw that apology out because if she was sorry she would’ve seen if 1 out of the 4 baristas would be willing to serve me water since they weren’t busy doing anything. But some new employees just really don’t believe in exceptions lol. Clearly she was super scared and had no confidence clearly that’s why she’s not in a lead position.

I went here once and got a free drink cause the pinpad was not working. It was the best day of my life. It happened 3 years ago and I still think I am very lucky because of that.

We get Starbucks daily when traveling. This is 3rd time something has been wrong with our coffees from this location. I asked to have it remade and it was still not right. It’s frustrating that some Starbucks can get it right and some just can’t. We won’t be back to this one. Doesn’t everyone read the same binder?

Rude personal!!! Some seem to be mad when preparing your food/drinks.

And if you ever use their restrooms, make sure you do your thing quick. Supposely they have a policy if you stay in there for 10 mins or so, they will knock on your door and ask you if you are ok. Really??? Since when Starbucks has a timer for the restroom use. THAT'S RUDE! They have to understand everybody's need is different from one to other.
I have noticed unfair treatment to delivery drivers as well. Leaving their others til the end when their customers paid for their food online already.
