Our dinner at Stella's Cucina was really special. The ambiance is beautiful and quiet, the food is delicious and the service was top notch.

It was our first time at Stella's and we had a lovely evening. Our waiter (I think his name was Chris) was excellent and made our evening even more special by his kindness and excellent service. The manager (I assume that's who he was) also treated us with such appreciation and, since we were celebrating my husband's birthday, had two delicious small glasses of a delicious after dinner drink delivered to our table. The food was excellent and the dessert we were treated to for the birthday was yummy. We'll definitely return to Stella's!

Started with the AFFETTATI MISTI, very good. Then my wife and I shared SPAGHETTI AL POMODORO and absolutely enjoyed it. Then we shared the BISTECCA DEL GIORNO, we chose the NY strip steak. The NY Strip was phenomenal. The waiter and manager saw that the steak was a little over cooked before presenting to us, so they held it, came and explained the situation and already had a new one being made - amazing attention to detail, which we appreciated very much.

The food was excellent! Minestrone, beef tartare, risotto, and the short rib were all extremely flavorful, well presented, and featured well executed, unique takes on standard fare. The terra misu was out of this world! Mock tails were very tasty, and the service was friendly, knowledgeable and timely. The ambiance was fun and lively without being too boisterous. The only criticism I have is that the servings were pretty small, and even after 3 courses we left feeling a bit hungry.

Smooth is a good single word impression. Very nice up scale feel, great service from all staff who helped us out. Nice fairly quiet recorded jazz from a good sound system. Cocktails were excellent, but on the small side. Ditto for the food, which was top quality and very artistically presented, but overall small portions, as noted by other reviews. Those with normal appetites may need to plan on more than one main course, which at about $50 each could lead to a very large overall dinner bill. An interesting side note... the entrance is via an unmarked, silver painted slab door with no name, numbers, of other indication that any business lies within. Staff claims this is intentional and part of their "speakeasy" culture...! We found it just plain stange, inconvenient, and confusing. Even using Google map assistance, we walked past it several times before eliciting the assistance of a clerk in a store next door. She was very kind and showed us the actual door location.

Aldo was an amazing server, we went with all of his recommendations and he never let us down. starting with the chefs tasting, the apps, the dinners, all the way to desserts, a dinner to remember. We were right next to the DJ and were a little worried it would overwhelm our talking but the DJ was also great. nice beats, good vibes and at a level we could still be heard when talking. The atmosphere and interior design are a little more LA than boulder but a wonderful upscale addition to Boulder, and a great place for a special night out or just for a fantastic meal.
Delish! The beef tartar is the best I've ever had. All the food was just remarkable. Great atmosphere. Cool cocktails. Expensive but worth it.

The initial table we were seated at was in the traffic flow of staff and patrons. We asked for another table and were brought to a wonderful booth in the corner which really enhanced our dining experience! Food and service made for a lovely evening- thank you!
