Excellent experience from the atmosphere to the service to the food. Beautiful presentation. The risotto ai funghi plate looked like a whimsical forest floor carpeted with berries and mushrooms. Met Stella and learned about her special touches to the menu, including incorporating her own peach jam. If visiting Boulder and looking for a nice place to eat, visiting this restaurant is a must.
We had a great night, with the best service in the city. We were surprised it’s 2 years old, the place feels clean and new.
Every dish was amazing, the Pistachio desert is highly recommended!

They change the menu frequently and I was so sad then they removed the Truffle Beef Tartare - it was hands down the best tartare I’ve ever had AND one of the best dishes. Ever. I would do anything to have that back on the menu. Even if it’s just a “call back menu” of the locals favorites or something like that… as long as it includes...
