i love subway and the service is usually amazing yet going today i had the worst service and she had me pay for a sandwich she messed up and then messed it up again.

I wish I could give zero stars!!! This is the 2nd time I come into this restaurant and the 2nd time I get treated very rudely! Alex is the rudest one there she is so mean and so rude to customers how does she even have a job??? She is unprofessional, the whole vibe is off! I can’t believe Alex can sit there and yell at an elderly woman, sad But the moment a Mexican men walk in all the employees are super nice and treat them with respect!! Unbelievable. They need to do better, seriously!! I will never return!!

It's no wonder they got a 3.5 star rating. Went in there got a sub found a hair on it when I got back to my place of work called and they said I could come back and get it remade but I wasn't able to make it back there the same day now they're saying they can't remake it they're trying to accuse me of getting free food I would not buy from here. They also hung up on me, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!? Bunch of disgusting dirty pigs working here
