I hate Boulder parking & their code enforcement....this guy wants to call them down and give out $160 tickets 🛑👷.
It does get packed at lunch and we may stop a few sandwiches at lunch rush.....that's the way it is....DO YOU SEE ALL THE TRAFFIC CONTROL IN THE STREET...DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY PERMITS ALLOW US TO PUT THAT THERE?
We are mandated to park 200-500 feet for changing weather conditions and to utilize a 15 minute break...by CDOT
I couldn't recommend giving him any hard earned money....if that makes sense to you

Tonight, I placed an order on the app. The app closed out while I was ordering, and I failed to notice that it defaulted back to the previous store I ordered from, rather than my usual store that I selected. The previous store I ordered from is 40 minutes away. We did not realize the error until we arrived at our regular store and they said they did not have the order. I called the store that the order was mistakenly sent to, the store at 2480 Baseline Rd, Boulder, CO 80305. They told me that I was out of luck and needed to drive 40 minutes to come get the sandwiches. Mind you, the order was placed at 5:50 and I called by 6:05. It is unfathomable to me that a franchise owner or manager would think that this is appropriate customer service, to send a customer on an 80 minute round trip drive, to bring over 80 minute old sandwiches home, because of an honest mistake with the app. My husband wound up making the drive because my family did not have $50 to simply waste, but I am at a loss here.

i love subway and the service is usually amazing yet going today i had the worst service and she had me pay for a sandwich she messed up and then messed it up again.

Over 17$ for a small drink chips and a foot long is robbery - food was also disgusting - will never eat here again and I suggest you don’t waste 17$ dollars for horrible over priced food
