Went there recently and met the manager Jenny and an employee Sofie (I hope I spelled those correctly). Their attitudes were awesome; very personable and made great subs. They will be the reason I return in the future.
Fantastic place! The service and food is always exceptional and there's little that you could complain about. Definitely the employees that make this place though, outstanding in composure and attitude.
So I order my sandwich through the app so it's ready when I get there. I stand near the Express Pickup sign and wait. The person taking orders looks me up and down, doesn't even glance at my sandwich behind him & then goes back to taking orders. This sort of behavior should be unacceptable for a company that goes through all the trouble to allow their customers to skip the line by ordering ahead of time through the use of an app. & I think they actually ended...
