We come down here often. Cayden was there today and was super nice to me and my kids and made our sandwiches top notch. He said it was his first day but you’d never know it cause he makes a pro sando. Thanks Cayden!

This spot says it’s open until 8pm, and they constantly are closed by 720pm…. The manager of this restaurant has to be one of the more inept humans in the zip code. At the very least change your hours online to reflect when you are open. Basic business practice.

Massive improvements to that last time I visited. Before 2020 this location was an "avoid at all costs, even BK would be better."The food was great, the people friendly, it was basically your perfect, standard Subway. Finally!Parking: If you have a large vehicle, you may struggle slightly with parking.

Horrible experience here today and I will never return again. Whoever was working at 2:45 on January 17th 2023 should have their terms of employment reviewed, throughly.Female employee on lunch takes her time to serve me as other male employee is finishing an online order for a customer that is not at the store. I am standing waiting at the counter for several minutes.Female employee disregards my instructions for a sandwich with bacon on it, forgets to put bacon on it and slaps it together so haphazardly she manages to not get a single slice of cheese on the sandwich, doesn’t fix the mistake and proceeds to toast the sandwich with the cheese on the paper rendering it pointless and inedible.She sloppily throws veggies and dressing on the sandwich and wraps it up with the same amount of care you would use taking out last weeks trash.I have had issues with this exact female employee before she doesn’t seem to feel bothered that she can’t use the minimum amount of effort to get toppings on to the sandwich and provide some level of care. Frankly I am not high maintenance or looking for a gourmet experience at subway, I just want a sandwich that is assembled with some degree of care. That’s all.The Niwot location has it right and I recommend anyone to spend the few extra minutes it takes to go up to Niwot where you will be treated like a paying customer, respectfully. I will never make the mistake of returning to this location and I recommend you don’t either since quality employees are not at the top of the list of prioritizes for ownership.

Food is good. Overcharged for a charity I didn’t say yes to and was offered money from the tip jar to refund the charge by the manager. Awkward to say the least and I didn’t accept the refund.

Today I was in for a quick lunch and the manager was helping an elderly gentleman. Although he had difficulty choosing a sandwich and subsequent ingredients, your employee was very patient and loving. Even with a lunch line forming behind him she remained kind and helpful. Bravo!!!

I had the greatest time last night, never had anything like it before. And will never be able to match the satisfaction. 10 out of 10 recommend pickles on the meatball sub with extra mustard.
