Everything about this place is incredible. It's my favorite sushi restaurant and one of my favorite restaurants ever. Been going for close to 10 years and will keep going as long as Nobu san keeps it open!
I came here with a small group of adults, and we had a wonderful experience. We mostly ordered rolls (several from the interesting specials menu). They were all delicious. Someone ordered Hijiki and I found it to be very tasty. The staff were above-and-beyond nice to us. The atmosphere was warm and lively. Based on this one visit, I'd highly recommend.
This is such an excellent restaurant, and a very special family-owned business that warms my heart every time I go in. There's no other restaurant in the Boulder-Denver area that compares for its quality of ingredients, perfect execution of the hot and cold traditional dishes, great sake selection, and friendly ambiance. They do the best salt-grilled mackerel I've ever had, the best agedashi mochi, the best nigiri sushi--and the miso-simmered dishes are amazing and hard...
