Sushi Zanmai has great sushi and other dishes. They also have hot dishes. The place is just so pretty and the seating is comfortable and inviting. Best sushi in Boulder! We go to Denver for the sushi (Mizu, sushi den) and this place was right on par with our favorite Denver go-to’s. The atmosphere was decent, the menu had a lot of variety. But most importantly, the fish was fresh and most of it melts in your mouth. We can’t wait to go back!
We hadn't been to Sushi Zanmai in awhile and decided to go back before a show at the Boulder Theater, I was pleasantly surprised with how excellent the sashimi was as well as the service. It wasn't super busy and that helped the ambiance. Glad to have Zanmai back in regular rotation!
