My wife and I have been going to Sweet Cow both in North Boulder and more recently in South Boulder for what must be more than ten years now. However, the quality and service has noticeably slipped. After a number of negative experiences stretching back about a year now, we have decided tonight was our last night supporting Sweet Cow. There are just better options for ice cream.
Went in for the first time and the options are amazing! And it taste like it is homemade. Today I was helped by Nathan, who helped me pick the flavor and he was the best! I will definitely be coming back again!

After a god-awful day, I decided to get myself some ice cream. I’m also between paychecks and ice cream doesn’t always meet my budget criteria.
After having to wait maybe 2-3 minutes longer than usual (I hardly noticed waiting) for a woman with her grandchildren to order and for an employee to hang a new flavor sign, the employee kindly gave me my root beer float for free.
Her kindness made my day and inspired me to pay it forward. Thanks, Sweet Cow, for the great ice cream and even better employees.
