I came here 7/5/25. They were so understaffed. And yet, their customer service was impeccable, they were patient, and no quality in food decreased. I think literally 2 people were working this ultra busy location. I wish I had their names because I’d call them out specifically for a raise. Whoever worked 7/5/25 at the lunch rush is truly a treasure and I hope you’re treating them well.

The slowest fast food yesterday I’ve ever been. I sat in the drive thru line for 35 mins before finally pulling up to the window. The cashier just slams open the window so hard that you think you did something to her. No one seems to help each other out, she stood and drank her energy drink while everyone worked around her. Not a fan of this location or the staff who work here.

they have not gotten my order right a single time. one time I ordered online and walked to pick it up, they said I cant go inside and need to go thru the drive thru. I when through the drive thru. They send I need a car to be in the drive thru. So, instead of giving me my order WHICH I COULD SEE FROM INISDE. they refunded me?????? like what

Absolutely ridiculous ran out of silverware early this morning and had no utensils whatsoever to eat with. I ask why they did not send some one to a nearby grocery store this morning to get them thru the day and she said the truck was suppose to come tonight. Place is filthy. Unreal.

I think they actually have competitions on who can be the most lazy and rude without a fight breaking out. The manager that looks like he just got out of a halfway house just doesn't care, anytime women come in the store they are immediately assisted by this 4 still disregarding any sort of males in the store. If they have a top 5 worst fast-food chain location... it'd be this one...
Here's what happened, I ordered a meal through drive through accidentally and asked the front desk if they could hand it to me there instead. I was told no, and to get on a bike and go through the drive through. This is fine, however when I went through I was yelled at by the person at the window, the person behind me, and then when my food was handed to me without the drink, I was asked by the manager "why are you still here? Move!" Taco Bell used to be a place where I could grab a meal whenever I needed a cheap, small pick me up but this was ridiculous.
Kid-friendliness: No friendliness or consideration will come from this establishment.

So I love Taco Bell but would never go back here… ordered but they forgot to give me my cup for my drinks forgot an item and wouldn’t attend to me while I waited at the counter for some help and of course to top it off when I open my nacho cheese I take one dip and can see the bottom of the container… I’ve never had a worse experience at a Taco Bell DONT GO HERE the reviews speak for itself. Wish I could rate it zero stars.

This place is making me swear off Taco Bell. Ever since I moved up here 4 months ago they've gotten the vast majority of my items wrong even in the smallest orders, and in the last two months they've managed to get every item *wrong*. There's this one girl who works late at night who's immensely rude, too.

What is kinda crazy though is if you order 5 regular old tacos it's about $15... but if you order through the app you can create a box that includes but is not limited to: A crunch wrap Supreme, a taco, cinnamon twists, and a drink for $5. Why ya gotta be weird Taco Bell?
