I’d call this an above-average Taco Bell — the kind of place where the chalupas hit right and the staff doesn’t look like they’re plotting your downfall. The only real boss battle was the restroom code. I get why places keep the bathrooms locked, but four numbers in a row is basically a memory exam I did not study for. By the time I got it right, I felt like I’d passed a small but meaningful quest.

Service is absolute trash, employees do everything possible to avoid helping customers at the counter, drive thru is even worse which is why I never use it. Expect to wait at least 20-25 mins when it is not at all busy, at least an hour when there is any sort of line. Food quality is garbage (as is expected with taco bell) but the people who work here make me lose all hope for the human species 😔
FUN FACT!! Corporate was in the building today for a couple hours, during which the place actually functioned almost sufficiently! (Even though the higher ups were doing nothing but having a conversation). This is just proof that the staff here are fully capable of providing adequate service but literally do not care about you unless someone from upstairs is watching.

There seemed to be one poor guy running the drive thru and the counter but he did great and they were listening to Caramelldansen and I feel this was extremely important and awesome to note.

while the food was tasty as it usually is, the service i received at this location was some of the worst i’ve ever encountered. there was a women working (heavier set, curly dark hair, working the window and the cashier) and she was so extremely rude to us. never in my life have i gotten on google to write a bad review, but she was genuinely so rude for absolutely no reason. when she handed me my food, there was no drink cup with it so assuming she forgot i politely asked “is it possible to get the cup for my drink?” i realized after i asked that she was already on her way to grab me one and because she aggressively slammed it on the counter and said in an extremely rude and demeaning tone “cant you just wait one second” and stormed off back to the window. like she expected me to be able to read her mind. as someone who also works in food service, even on my worst day i would NEVER speak to a customer let alone any human being in that way. i hope she can fix her attitude because truthfully it makes me never want to come back. everyone else working was kind and cordial and i’m sorry they have to deal with someone like that.

My friend and I waited for 40 minutes, literally it’s 4pm on a Wednesday, they are not busy, they have served everyone but us. We told them nicely that we’ve been waiting for a while and they still ignored us. I hate to be a Karen but just such awful customer service. Once we got our food, it was cold. I worked at a restaurant for 3 years, it is not that hard.
They need to hire more people. Its ridiculous that the delivery drivers have to wait almost 30 minutes juts for a few items when there's no one in the store.
