I came here 7/5/25. They were so understaffed. And yet, their customer service was impeccable, they were patient, and no quality in food decreased. I think literally 2 people were working this ultra busy location. I wish I had their names because I’d call them out specifically for a raise. Whoever worked 7/5/25 at the lunch rush is truly a treasure and I hope you’re treating them well.
They were very busy and short staffed however that didn't stop them from providing polite services. What is kinda crazy though is if you order 5 regular old tacos it's about $15... but if you order through the app you can create a box that includes but is not limited to: A crunch wrap Supreme, a taco, cinnamon twists, and a drink for $5. Why ya gotta be weird Taco Bell?
I love this Tbell. But who is responsible for ordering? They always get my insane vegan orders perfectly right but sometimes don’t have guac, red sauce, etc. And why don’t they add more water to the beans lol. Thanks for feeding me when I get home late. Much love
