Something odd in the food not good...

I came through the drive-thru for lunch and ordered a number one with no tomatoes. I was the only person in the drive through. I get to work and I have one crunchy taco and a burrito supreme. This is my last visit to this location. They get my very simple order wrong literally half of the time. I get that the people working there speak English as a second language, but if they can't understand simply a number one with Pepsi and fire sauce, then they need a job that doesn't require them to understand the language of this nation!

But why am I not amazed? I should of seen by all the reviews theyve beem getting lately, they don't pay attention. They do not get Your orders right and when you call to get your orders corrected. people laughing on the On the phone while you're trying to talk to them. no wonder why they got the order wrong. Very inconvenient, especially if it was for dinner now.I gotta drive all the way back just to get my refund or correct order ridiculous

Food is decent but OMG the portions are ridiculous The tacos and burritos have VERY LITTLE ingredients inside. It’s shameful to pay full prices for such meager contents. Charge what you have to but please give us some food!

Everytime I go to this location the employees are rude and the order never comes out correct, they never answer their phone or make things right. I had a baby in my backseat one time stuck in drive thru and the manager dude argued with me and said I have to come in to be helped, when I got to the window he jumped towards me as if he wanted me to flinch or be scared of him. This has got to be the worst location ever.

Legit sat in the drive through and was ignored for 5 plus minutes. An employee was literally standing at the window and could see me waiting. Went inside and they continued to ignore me, joking around in the back and ignoring everyone. I just left. The incompetence and indifference was unmatched.

Staff was nice. Way too understaffed for the volume this store has. Corporate is clearly cutting corners and the quality of food and service are suffering for it. Waited 30 min for a mobile order pick up.

The food took longer than I expected. I always feel like drive thru customers get served before us inside. The area around the condiment stand was a bit messy, mostly in the floor. They no longer have plastic knives. It's very hard to eat a Mexican pizza with only a fork. And why can't we have trays? Come in, guys. The pandemic is over. So much waste of paper bags.

Great Taco Bell great service, very fast drive-through. A very cheerful and helpful man helped and they gave lots of sauces. I would rate 10 out of 10.
