Ordered off the decades menu , meximelts.
They gave me chicken melts. Thats fine, just need it changed out. Then he says they have no onions. Onions. They made me wait, just to tell me they had no onions. So I get upset and the manager gets tested, I guess because he knows they're horrible at they're jobs and doesn't like being called out. Pathetic.. food was cold because of the wait, but my dog loved the chicken melts.

Gabriela G. rushed me through my order, overcharged and added fees without asking, lied about a manager being there (told me to pull around and come inside in order to free up the drive thru), went inside and was told the manager wouldnt be there till 'maybe 6pm'.
Tried their lux meal and it was phenomenal!!! Can't believe you can still get something so tasty and filling for so cheap

I, too, think good customer service is, when a lobby order is completed, to set the food on a stack of boxes and forget about it. Then, when the customer who has been waiting steps away in the lobby for 30 minutes asks where their food is, instead of taking accountability, blame the customer. Surely, I must've just somehow missed you "shouting your name" despite literally watching the counter the entire 30 minutes.
Giving this dump another chance thinking the collective IQ mightve gone up a point or two was a mistake.
