that one restaurant on the hill

If you're looking for the best Middle Eastern/Mediterranean food on the Hill in Boulder look no further. On my most recent visit with 4 total in our party we were all impressed. They were accommodating to dietary restrictions, and the gyro meat was absolutely perfect. Tender but also having that nice crisp outer edge.

Absolutely delicious. I've never inhaled a meal up so quickly. The owner was unbelievably nice and very helpful. Definitely got my money's worth - I guarantee I'll be coming back again. Cannot recommend this place enough!

This place is superb, this would be the only Pakistani restaurant that I know of and run by a family from my hometown Karachi, therefore the food is fabulous. Biryani is awesome and also off the menu Chicken Karahi is one of my favs. Their beef roles are delicious.

Great food, great environment and all around great atmosphere. I would highly suggest this place for a nice dinner or special celebrations. AAA+++

So I ate my combo gyro/shawarma sandwich too quickly to take a photo but this was SO delicious. I’m only regretting not getting one more. Awesome flavors fresh ingredients - they even threw in fries with the order. Can’t wait to come back for more!

Great veg paratha rolls in addition to all the other delicious options. I was introduced to this restaurant when they generously donated a ton of food for an interfaith youth event last January. Have eaten there many times since and my whole family loves it!

This restaurant is so serene and the wine selection is immaculate. Five stars for mostly him but the restaurant is just as impressive.

Doesn't compare to real gyro/döner with the precooked meat pieces they use (not actual vertical grill). However they have great service and they are lovely people. I'd suggest getting the plates and avoiding the beef gyros.

I first visited this restaurant a week ago. Since then, I’ve been here a total of 4 times. Takeout and delivery, the food is always perfect. They have a limited menu so it helps preserve the quality of the ingredients. On top of that, the staff is incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend this place. It’s quickly become my new favorite restaurant in Boulder.
