Lovely little bar inside of the Courtyard by Marriott in Boulder. Stopped in while waiting on car work. They are excellent with an industrial toaster oven.

I only give 5 stars for luxury accommodations, or else I might have given this location 5 stars. Lovely, clean accommodations and very friendly staff. My only, minor complaint, is that it would be nice if breakfast was included for the price. The onsite Starbucks/bistro has nice options, however.

Clean hotel with typical Marriott support, admin, etc. Only walking distance to one small coffer shop, so a car is needed to get out beyond that for food or drink options. No breakfast buffet or restaurant on-site, but there is a small snack shop to purchase relatively overpriced but decent options in a pinch. This hotel was clean and well-kept. Staff was attentive and kind.

Stayed here many years ago to tour CU The lobby has since been updated and we had a nice 2 night stay. Easy parking and access to pearl Street downtown and the university , the hill etc. water bottles in room Would be a good add and larger type on bath soaps would be helpful. Closet sink set up is ready for an upgrade , but thank you for such a nice tub .

We don’t usually stay at Courtyards. This particular one was fine, though a little run down for the area. It is in a business park type setting but is very convenient for getting to all things in Boulder. Bed was comfy but the pillows were way too soft. We always bring our own, though, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall fine hire. Probably wouldn’t stay here again though.

We paid $$$$ and expect great customer service.. that’s not what happened. We asked for a blanket and we’re told they were all dirty and offered a dirty one! We ended up with a sheet. The manager said they were not prepared with all the people coming for the Dead and Co concert and those older people needed blankets and they didn’t have enough. What!?! He kept giving excuses when an an apology would have been nice. Housekeeping came in at 8:30am unannounced and check in was an hour late. No cold water in room. Not acceptable for what we paid for two nights. By the way the Dead and Company shows rocked! We will not stay here again.

We were ordered to evacuate our home with no warning due to an out of control wild fire. The Courtyard by Marriott is in a quiet business area nearby. Clean and updated rooms were available, and the caring reception clerk offered a 50% discount for evacuees when she saw that our home address was local. While breakfasts are no longer included in the room price, the on site Starbucks sells reasonably priced cooked to order breakfasts served in a spacious area off the lobby. We felt we made a great choice without inconveniencing friends or relatives and were home in less than ten minutes the next morning after the evacuation order was lifted.

Overall great stay at this property. I spent 3 nights here on a business trip. Location is ~10 min from downtown Boulder and less than an hour from the entrance to RMNP. There is a Whole Foods and an REI less than 10 minutes away. Check in was easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was recently renovated. My only complaint is that the water in the sink/shower could have been hotter (it was hot enough to shower, but not if you like to wash your face with very hot water). Also, the sink water flow/pressure was pretty weak. There is a "bistro" in the lobby where you can get breakfast and coffee. The woman who worked there was extremely friendly and helpful, and she made my morning breakfast runs extremely pleasant. She also asked some guests to put on masks, which was highly appreciated. The public spaces felt very safe. There is a fitness room with a water machine, and a small little convenience store next to the front desk with basic necessities, snacks, and a microwave. Parking is right in front and free. Overall this was a very easy and convenient place to stay with everything I needed.

I have not stayed at this property but I have had my Mother stay here twice in 2021 as it was relatively close to my home in Boulder. This is an "old school" Courtyard which has recently been updated. The lobby is pleasant and open. The rooms have been updated but still resemble the 1980's small bathroom feel. The location is not the best for those who don't have a car as it is located in a largely industrial part of town. All in all, this is an average but good quality property.

This stay was OK until I got home and noticed a $250 charge on my credit card. When I called in reference to this I was told that there were cigarette smoke in my room, me or my husband smoke at all anything.I will be aware there’s some fishy going on when you’re told it took two days to clean your room from smoke and you’ve never smoked.

Hubby and I had planned to go x country skiing at Eldora, so decided to stay here since it was fairly close. Newer Courtyard with some nice enhancements. Gym was open as was pool and Jacuzzi, although we weren't told you needed a reservation for pool, so we're interrupted in middle of a nice soak. Restaurant was closed so they gave out a grab and go, pretty basic but they tried. Slept well, nice shower. Nice, spacious room. Would try again after COVID.

I extended my stay by one night because I both enjoyed Boulder that much and Courtyard was a good deal (check the website directly for special offers on rooms). Erin at the front desk reception was helpful with everything from food options (Meditteranean, Indian...I prefer non-American cuisine), hiking trails and even tips on helping my body adjust to the high altitude (drink plenty of water - avoid alcohol). The bed was firm and very comfortable, as were the pillows and comforter. Breakfast was available as take out bags with a banana (or apple), energy bar, dried oatmeal (you will need to make it yourself) and bottled water, oj, apple juice. Coffee was also available. I prefer my oatmeal with milk, so I spoke to a front desk staff member who kindly let me return the package of oatmeal (which I made sure not to touch). There was a younger staff member, male (I didn't get his name) at the front desk. While he was not rude, he certainly wasn't friendly. Same goes for another young lady at reception (blonde hair, mid length). This last part notwithstanding, I would certainly stay there again if in the area. Note: there was no housekeeping available during my stay (corona related) and this did not come as a surprise, Erin mentioned it to me during checkin.

My friends and I stopped on a recent trip to Boulder. The staff was amazing. I had a broken arm and John helped my friend and I bring our luggage in and was very polite and helpful. He even set up the luggage holder in our room and set out the suitcases on it. Every interaction with the entire staff was a delight! A truly memorable experience.
