James, Alex and the bartender whom I forgot the name were super nice, fun and efficient. I chose The Bitter bar to celebrate my wife's birthday. We had 25+ people and everyone had an amazing time. I like this classic boulder haunt. the staff is kind and usually busy. the ambiance is a bit dark and loud, but fun. the cocktail recipes are interesting, but can be inconsistent. regardless, I always have a good time and will continue to stop in. especially for dance parties.

I can't say enough good things about the Bitter Bar. It was recommended to us and from the moment we walked in, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the cocktails were delicious! We had the Tin Man and the Blue Velvet and both were stellar. I also had the Boulder v. 2.0 and it was very well balanced, on the sweeter side, which is exactly what I wanted. Our bartender was also very helpful with dinner recommendations in the area, we will definitely be back and sending friends here!

Amazing cocktail bar! Kim, a manager, came by and gave us the lowdown on the spot. He also made us custom cocktails based on our favorite spirits and preferences. The sazerac and the boulvardier were delicious. The atmosphere is very cool. Talk to your bar staff, they're all great. I can't recommend highly enough!

The Cabin Fever, I Think Olive You and Hadi's Hibiscus are 3 cocktails that standout in my memory as outstanding. I always learn something when I come here. The ambiance is cool.. dark room with cool light installations, great taste in decor. Definitely check this place out! Keim is the bartender in the photograph, drink his concoctions!
