Good food and cheesecake as always. Service was extremely slow and men's room was out of soap. Not acceptable. Especially on a Monday night when it is quiet. Someone should be fired for that.

I enjoyed my visit to this location. The foodservice was a little slow but it was a Sunday afternoon. The server was attentive and the food was excellent!

My son and I had a wonderful Sunday brunch here. The manager gave us a very nice seat with great view of Pearl Street. He moved all the silverware away but for 2 of us. Our waiter was also very nice and professional. I will definitely come back this restaurant :)

I love Cheesecake Factory, so it was really disappointing to find a hair in my food. The waiter was really nice and I appreciate the manager coming out to apologize, but I just can't look past poor personal hygiene practices in the kitchen. Didn't even have the appetite for a slice of cheesecake.
