The Connection Bowling, Billiards & Games

Made a reservation for 2 PM - 4 PM. Before we start the first game at 2, I ask the staff “can we buy a second game after we are done with the first?” and they say “yes”. At the conclusion of the first game, at 3 o’clock, we try and buy a second game. We are told we need to wait 16 mins for a lane to open. Not only was it not 4 o’clock yet, but they lied to us about buying a second game. It was very unfortunate that they lied to us, because otherwise we would have liked it. Apparently the reservations are only “tentative” and mean nothing. Be warned

If i could this a 0 star review in an instant. The service was atrocious. If you’re at student at CU, don’t waste your time. Front desk lady has no idea what she’s talking about, and made us wait for an hour. She didn’t feel like she had to mention the group of 30 people that had a reservation ahead of us and made us wait for nothing. Wouldn’t let us leave with a phone number so we could go get food and come back. All the board games had missing pieces and the pool tables were “reserved”

Went here with friends too play pool. Pool tables are well maintained and the space is nice.

What a gem! Had no idea this existed in the 20 years I’ve lived here. Such a great family spot on the early weekend afternoons, and modestly affordable too!

Great place to hang out with your student. Very home feeling. Decent price for bowling. Free board games. Pool and ping pong for hourly $

Generally have a great experience here but came with my two grandmothers just to check it out after graduation and they blared the music and I asked them to turn it down and got snobby and snide remarks and no change. Lack of consideration for others guys not cool.

The pin setter was screwing up. We changed lanes and the same problem.

Staff was very friendly and took reservations for a lane which was convenient. The place was very clean and had a fun, modern vibe. We enjoyed the cartoon displays on the electronic scoreboard after each frame that used our photos, so we were "in" the cartoon.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, and a wide selection of beverages. Recently attended with friends for a birthday celebration and we had a really good time. The chat feature between bowling lanes could go away though and nobody would miss it.
