The ambiance and service is really good! Beautiful place and wonderful people. The food hasn't been stellar in the two times we have been, but four out of five stars is about right. The pizza we had last night was a disappointment, quite flavorless. The kale salad was so-so. The green curry soup was really tasty! The deviled eggs were totally flavorless. We may try again, for the ambiance and location. The food just hasn't been memorable or worth going back for.
Excellent as always. The appetizers were great. Escargot needs some garlic. The house Cab was one of the best I've had. Bread was the best! I'm glad to see you continue to carry an outstanding Beef Wellington. Only knock was my steak was under cooked. I missed the Caesar Salad being made at talbeside. We're been going to the Greenbrier Inn for over 30 years and as far back as I can remember you had the Banana's Foster at your restaurant. I'm very sorry to find out you no longer offer Banana's Foster. Please can you offer this dessert again. We look forward to that dessert every time we come to your restaurant. I hope this review will help you and your restaurant.
Amazing as always. The most reasonably priced and best kept secret and culinary gem in BoCo!
The waiter had some nice recommendations on wine to go with what we had ordered. We were there for our anniversary,. They brought us complimentary champagne, the whole evening was perfect.
What a gem of a restaurant in the Boulder foothills. We had a table outside and it was a perfect setting for a summer dinner!
Food was tasty but my scallops were kind of small as I was expecting bigger ones. We had like 18-20 people gathering for dinner. Everyone did enjoyed the time at this place.
Excellent filet mignon! Delicious appetizers, side dishes and dressing on the salads. Definitely going back!
The server was a little strange and seemed to bent on making sure some senior citizens were not entirely comfortable. Perhaps time for new blood.
Stopped in for tea thee other day. If you're ever in the area, it's a must do.
Had a nice outdoor graze on the Bistro side of the menu on a warm afternoon. Hard to beat it at this time of the year.
Wonderful meal and setting eating outdoors. One of our favorite restaraunts . Matt was excellent .

$80 each for the buffet on Father’s Day. For that price it should include a few cocktails and free coffee at least, because there’s no way 4 of us ate $400 worth of food. And the food was okay, but nothing worth $80 each…
I was there to celebrate Father’s Day and was very disappointed in the food that was available via buffet style. Most of the meats were cold that were in the heating devices. The desserts were scarce. They didn’t seem to replace them. The salad fixings were limited. For the $80.00 they charged per person, it was not what I expected.
Beware 80 DOLLAR BRUNCH BUFFET! drinks not included. No other menu options. Hollandaise sauce was weird, potatoes in potato salad not fully cooked. Three star meal for a 10 star price. Would have had to not eaten for two days to even eat $80 worth of food. Coffee cup came out dirty, with no cream or sugar. Sat at a metal table outside in 90 degrees.
Save you self a lot of money and disappointment and go to the Jamestown Mercentile where their food is cooked with love for $20 ten minutes up the road.
We come for the special occasion brunches. Never had a complaint until today. The Father's day brunch was different this year. They tried a barbecue theme. Brisket was dried out and hard. We tried more than one serving. Barbecue ribs were chewy and tough. The Chefs need to go back to what they do best and leave the barbecue to Smokin Daves. I guess a brisket is cheaper than prime rib ....
Our reservation was early and I was surprised that the cocktail shrimp was already empty. I kept checking to see if it was refilled...nope, nada. When we left a couple hours later still no cocktail shrimp. This was a definite miss for us this time.
The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the staff was attentive and friendly. There was a terrific selection much of which were very good but could have been a little better. Slightly underseasoned, brisket was a little dry, etc. Even so, I highly recommend the restaurant.
