Amazing!!You will have a hard time finding better food or service than at the Greenbriar. Not just in Boulder but pretty much anywhere. They have a great team there! The chefs, staff, and all the way to the owners are extraordinary. It is a hidden gem nestled in the foothills of Colorado. If you haven’t got out there I 100% recommend you do!! Talk about magic and the joy it brought the kiddo. It was worth any price and if you look at all you get it’s very reasonable.

Terribly disappointing...the food was cold (all three brunch meals), latte was Luke warm at best. Waitress didn't even know what alternative cheeses they offered other than goat cheese. We waited over an hour for our cold, underwhelming eggs Benedict, pancakes and omelette.

The Greenbrier is from a different era, a bit of a throwback if you will... Food is very good if somewhat pricey, locally sourced in most cases, and is a traditional place that makes you feel special. I particularly like the pub atmosphere by the bar the best, but that's me!And if you're into brunch it's probably one of the more extravagant ones in the area.

The food is excellent as was the service. We young lady who waited on us was friendly and funny. I'm in a wheelchair and they had a good way to get in which I have trouble with so many older restaurants with it! You have better make reservations because it's hard to get in. My family and friends love to get together there. It is quiet with soft music.

We arrived for dinner and we're seated in the solarium. We enjoyed an excellent selection of wine by the glass and ordered. Service was great. I had the elk loin cooked to perfection and plated nicely. Apple gallate for desert with a robust cup of coffee. I would go there again!

Not as great as it has been. We visit the Greenbriar about every 2-3 months and it seems that things have been slightly deteriorating each time we go. Last time we were there for brunch the eggs benedict were stone cold. This time, altho my steak & eggs were well cooked, the steak was lukewarm and the fried potatoes were both rock hard and cold! It's such a shame their Sunday brunch buffet had to be discontinued. We won't not go there again, but it may be a while and we will be looking for other Sunday brunch options in the area.

My wife and I had not been to the Greenbrier in a while and were looking forward to it. It was not very crowded yet we were seated very close to one another. The service was excellent. The food was excellent. Our problem was with the wait for our food. Our reservation was at 6:30 and we didn't receive our main course till 8:00. We noticed all the tables around us were having the same problem. No explanation from the staff.

We decided to treat ourselves for our Anniversary weekend! This place was AMAZING! It was very romantic and cozy. The food was incredible, and they went above and beyond for us on our celebration of our Anniversary! The amount of detail that went into our evening was top notch. The evening was perfect. Thanks to everyone involved and thanks for making our Anniversary one for the books!

Seated promptly, in a good location (I.e. sufficient lighting, no drafts). Appetizers good but tiny. Salads good except endive-radicchio salad was tough or my knife was full. Halibut and duck dishes were great. Desserts were great. Service was prompt without being patronizing, except that it took too long for desserts to arrive.

There for the special Valentine's Day dinner, a 5-course meal. Most of the courses were above average. The lobster risotto was the star of the show. Deserts were fantastic. The price was a little crazy. Perhaps a drink can be offered with the meal at no extra charge.

I understand that it was Valentine's Day, so it was extremely busy. We were seated about a foot away from the table next to us, and so we were sharing conversations with them. Our waiter was a little slow, but tried to make up for it by offering us to come in on a night when it wasn't busy And he would offer better service . When I made the reservations, no one mentioned that it was a prix fixe menu. Was limited, expensive, and not worth the price. I will go back another time to experience the full menu, because it had been a while and look forward to seeing what is on the regular menu these days
