I've been in a year long search for the Fried chicken sando of my dreams. It's been a long year of disappointed and near wins, until today...The search is over
The Mighty fried chicken sandwich is the best fried chicken sandwich in existence. The "Cronch" is perfect and often what makes a good chicken sando fall short. The crunchy to chicken ratio is exactly 60/40. It's not a massive chunk of chicken with a thin puny crunchy layer. It's crunchy then chicken then crunchy again ,right before you start getting bored with the chicken.
The fried chicken batter is a light golden brown and not oily. Which means the Mighty change their oil and care about their food quality.
The staff was very friendly, and the food came out fast and hot. Honestly, they could spit my eye and call me names. I'd still come if they are producing chicken Sando like they are.
Sadly for me,they are in Boulder Colorado. Which is a long trip. Next time I'm out here ? I'm stopping at The Mighty

The food truck in Longmont straight up ignored us. Stood there for 5 minutes with out a word from the guy working. After 5 minutes asked if he was still open and he just looked at us and kept doing what he was doing so we just left. Wasn’t worth wait around to be ignored.

A fantastic burger cooked perfectly. This is a small spot inside the Upslope brewery, so you know you will get a large selection of great beer. Lots of parking and an outdoor deck with nice views.

The owner got my review taken down because he didn't want you guys to know that his kitchen didn't have hot water and they were not practicing safety food handling procedures
They're fakes they serve beer and they shouldn't be allowed to serve food cuz they don't care

juicy beef patty inbetween buns of love. the truffle fries were devowered by the table and we enjoyed sipping some brews on the patio. will be back!

I’ll eaten at Mighty Burger at Upslope many, many times over the past several years. Usually, Mark, the manager is working and the Service is phenomenal.
Today, unfortunately, he wasn’t there and service was terrible. I gave it one star in this review, but I would give it a negative 5 stars if that was an option.
My order was made incorrectly, and I got hassled, when I asked it to be remade. When the order was remade, the fries were cold because the original fries I was given were just put back in the basket. When I asked for new fries, they said they didn’t have any and I could have tots instead.
The employee was rude, unpleasant, and seemed like he didn’t want be there.
Extremely disappointing experience today :(

So so burger. French fries were limp and greasy. They don't take cash and don't say that's un American, I got a lecture.Not really a burger joint, more like a hole cut in the back wall of a brew pub.
The food was mostly good, but the online ordering system for pick-up orders needs work. A couple things to be wary of:1) There's no section to give notes. I'm currently pregnant and can't have undercooked meat--something I would've noted given the chance. My burger was pretty pink, which I normally don't mind, but it can be dangerous during pregnancy.2) There's no phone number to call for the order (to ask about doneness).3) I ordered a side salad instead of fries but was given fries. Maybe the Boulder location doesn't have salads, but, if that's the case, it shouldn't be on their online ordering system. This was an upcharge.4) We ordered cheese curds for my husband (another upcharge), and he got fries.If you want to get what you order and not pay for extras you don't get, I'd recommend dine-in only.

I was hankering for a burger at lunchtime and ordered the Bacon Mighty burger. It did not disappoint! Great burger and perfectly salty, crispy shoestring fries really hot the spot. I will be back again.

Paid over $21 for a burger with cheese curds and got around 5 (!) cheese curds with probably the greasiest burger I’ve ever eaten. Not worth the money, maybe it was because I ate near close and was sober but definitely not great at all.
