My kids are GF and The gluten free offerings are amazingly good from the apps to the chicken - great beer selection. Had a wonderful family dinner last night. Will go again at graduation time. Levi was our server and he was awesome, helped make great choices as well.
Mehhhhh…I’ve been wanting to try this place forever but the food is marginal. All I could say about any of it is that it was okay. The fries were ok. The chicken and waffle was ok. The fried chicken was ok. Nothing stood out or was memorable enough for me to want to come back. Also was hella pricey…2 drinks, 2 chicken entrees and a side set us back $90 after tip. Yikes.
Update on 1-25-26: I did have a 3 star review for this place, but I am updating it to 4 stars. We went back and enjoyed the GF chicken tenders. Thought the fries were slightly salty which is why I didn't give a 5, but I am more impressed with this place now than I was before!

The cauliflower and the post toast were great! Drinks were awesome too!
January 14, 2024 went to Boulder Colorado to meet Amanda at The Post Chicken and Beer which the food was great. Snowy day in Boulder I got to wear my new Sabrina 1s to the Colorado Buffalos vs Stanford Cardinals Women's Basketball game!

We came in for happy hour and we’re excited to try the wings. Personally they fell short. We tried the pepper bbq along with the buffalo. The sauces tasted off to us, the bbq had a sour flavor and the buffalo sauce didn’t taste right either. Despite their large size they weren’t crispy and it was hard to finish them.
Service was good, otherwise I’d give this spot a 2.

We love the Post and this was our first time at this location. Cool to be so near the Pearl St Mall.
I took my family here when visiting Boulder. I appreciated our server's patience. The kids in my party were hangry. The gluten free chicken was so tasty. It has a nice crunch to the breading but not heavy. The kids (picky eaters) enjoyed it. The service was quick and friendly. Our food was hot and tasted great. The beer selection was nice.

The food was ok, but they made 2 orders of the completely wrong dish and 2 people were just waiting for 25 min for more food while everyone else was finished. Gave an extra star because they gave us a discount but overall will go somewhere else next time in the area

We were seated as soon as we arrived, our server Emily was very attentive and went out of her way to let me know that I could order something that wasn't listed on the menu but that they would absolutely make. Everything else was amazing
This place is consistently good. Their Thursday special - chicken pot pie - was worth it . It is crave worthy and I will be back for it. The service was top notch.
Great experience with a large group for happy hour. Accommodating and patient. The food and drinks were both good and arrived quickly. Addy was our server and was incredible!
Amazing food. I have celiac and they continue to provide safe and delicious options. One of my go to restaurants when I visit Boulder.
