Walk up counter, take your food and drink to the other room with a random selection of different old tables and seating options.
No, just no. Overwhelmed gal trying to do it all with no help. Used restroom and pipe to the sink was broken so — no washing hands— in a food place?! Blick. Health Dept please. Ordered two seasonal drinks that took forever because the poor gal was sending an SOS text to other staff. Then they came out with no syrups, no flavors that we paid for. Overall just kinda shaking my head.
Coffee was THE WORST.
The plants and atmosphere were great, and i didn’t have an issue with the staff as many others have expressed, but the coffee was hands down the worst i’ve ever tried, including bad Keurig and drip coffee.
I ordered an espresso with caramel flavoring, and the minimal amount of coffee I could taste had the flavor of acid water from a dirt-filled machine that hadn’t been descaled since the 70s. I couldn’t taste any caramel, so i went back in to ask for an extra shot of both espresso and caramel (at least the barista was nice and “fixed” it w no charge), and left with my coffee tasting somehow worse than it started off. It tasted like milky dirt water. Also I guess their flavoring is unsweetened which… kind of defeats the entire point of paying for flavoring in coffee??? Which should be explicitly posted somewhere, which it wasn’t. at all.
I’m sure they have good events and great atmosphere/smoothies/food or other things. But it’s rather deceiving to have “coffee” in your name and then explicitly suck at it. At the very least they should change their name to “The Stand” because coffee is not what people are there for.
came here after work one day and i will never spend my money here again. the barista didn’t acknowledge me at all even though there were no other customers in line. it didn’t bother me at first until i noticed they greeted and welcomed other customers after me. the smoothie was good but not worth the disrespect.
I would be happier if the coffee shop opened at 7:45 a.m.
I arrived 15 minutes before 8:00, and then at 8:00 the opening barista arrived and told me that it would be another 15 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting in the lot, I started to feel indigestion and decided to just go home.
My time outside of the house is usually strictly budgeted, as I am a caretaker for my father who has advanced Alzheimer's.
I'm really looking for a place where I can get an affordable chai in the morning and sit and work on my computer for an hour.
All their outlets were either off or not working. Very cute but maybe not a place for productivity. Lots of talkers when I was there (undergrads and adults alike).
I visited this café last week to try it out, and overall, my experience started off well. However, when I went to order my coffee, I encountered an issue with the barista. She was somewhat rude to me, which I initially dismissed as her having a bad day. However, I noticed that she was exceptionally polite to other customers, making it clear that I was the only one receiving this treatment.
Aside from this, the café itself was decent, though I found the coffee to be overpriced for the portion size (Starbucks offers larger cups). Unfortunately, I can't fairly assess the taste of the coffee, as it was not brewed correctly, which resulted in a poor experience.
While I don’t want to make any assumptions, a coworker who was with me observed the situation and mentioned that it seemed as though I was being singled out. Given that I have brown skin and the other customers, including my coworkers, were white, I couldn’t help but feel that her behavior may have been racially motivated. That said, I do not believe the establishment itself is at fault, but I do hope that all staff members, including this particular barista, strive to treat every customer with the same level of respect and kindness.
Super cute and uplifting place with a deck for outdoor seating, and two indoor rooms- one filled with plants and cool stuff. Also my latte (raspberry and maple in almond milk) was sooooo good. I'm glad it wasn't too sweet and was actually hot.
Rachel, thank you so much for serving us a delicious latte right before closing! I really appreciate you turning the espresso machine back on—I needed that caffeine boost for my 2.5-hour drive!
Great coffee and atmosphere.

I ordered a seasonal drink and a cheddar biscuit veggie breakfast. The lady making my drink had a fantastic smile. Everyone was very kind and let me take my time (I'm very indecisive so this was awesome!)
They cultivated a wonderful atmosphere. I do expect to come back!
This shop has a great sitting area with a comfortable atmosphere. Whether you want to read a book, sit with your friends, or work on a computer, the sitting area provides a peaceful vibe to do it all. My family and I had a great time while we were here visiting!
Super cute place, owner was extremely nice
Lovely artist place with local art & lots of plants. Very cozy
The atmosphere is unique! The building is an old service station that has been filled with plants and great vines. Sitting and cooking for a bit would be great! Their hot cocoa was creamy and rich! Loved the all options!
