It makes me so sad that you took the booths out. Totally changed the cool vibe of the place
One of our favorite dining establishments in Boulder. Food and service are excellent. I tried the Shepherds Pie for the first time and it was spectacular. You must try the burnt ends, too

The food was pretty good! But the restaurant is very drafty and cold, I will never eat here again in the winter. We even asked to be moved to a warmer table and it was still cold, we wore our coats the whole time.
We brought a large group and had a great time! We were given seating upstairs and it was great to have conversations with one another. Delicious barbeque.
Food was excellent. Servers were inattentive and missed simple requests. Food quality is enough to go back- really nice menu items that was a nice change of pace.
Bad food. Cold fries. Greasy burger. Cheap bread. $25?? I hate the new menu. I hate that you tore out the booths. The bar smells SO bad. It was sketchy. Clean.
Monsters. Soulless. Corporate dudes who don’t even like food or people and won’t read this review. Great bartender. Never going back to one of my absolute favorite restaurants in this history of my life. Sorry you ruined something so simple with your greed.

Everything from the brisket down to the pickles was executed perfectly. I definitely reccomend the brisket platter and the shepherds pie as well!

This place is a super cozy tavern built for a cold winter's day. They offer a whiskey club, happy hour, daily specials, and 3 free chicken wings with Yelp check-in. What's not to love?!
We went here for lunch with only an hour to get in and out for four of us. We were sat immediately, got some drinks (Lefthand Nitro Stout!) and were served almost immediately. The table had a smattering if burgers and brisket sandwiches, and I opted for the daily special to build your own mac and cheese. BBQ pulled pork, bacon, and jalapeños were no-brainers. It was incredible, warm, and filing. The perfect lunch to try and go back to the workplace and try not to fall asleep for 4 hours.
I would happily go here again, and would love to take advantage of happy hour and other daily specials. They were out of burnt ends when we were there, which is an obvious must for next time as well!
UPDATE: Tried the burnt ends the next time I went. They did not disappoint! Highly recommended!

Classic traditional bar with lots of nice woodwork and a decent mix of draft local beers to choose from. They do have a rooftop terrace and additional seating upstairs but we chose to relax at the bar on this visit.

Wings were gross (don’t get Buffalo) and service was bad. Bartender guy was just watching the games rather than serving. And was annoyed when you asked for something. Took a while to get a glass of water etc.
beer was good though lol!

If you don’t like fish or have an allergy, don’t come here. Everything tasted like fish. I like and don’t mind fish, but for anyone with allergies beware.
